Adrianli Hypersonic January 28, 2016 Share January 28, 2016 Seriously think smrt is beyond hope liao. They should not allowed train fault to happened at all, as this should consider human error. But sadly said train fault has become so common until like even it happen, it is acceptable. Train fault can be anything. From no aircon to door dont close to train motor burnt to no throttle control. Safety of passenger is involved, so better retire the train and bring it back to depot. We cant predict such happenings unless passenger dont mind having faulty train running on the track. ↡ Advertisement

Life goes on and i have been taking train for a few years. So far i have yet to met any delay break down (touch wood). Beyond hope?? Cause nothing can be change, so have to complain here and there lo, but ultimately life still goes on and still need to take train as per normal. Lol. I thought most trains are new. Must be lemon. Maybe other dan the MIC group it's from some German engineering group. Gearbox problem. Heard the announcement that train fault at commonwealth, but not clear which direction? Then heard announcement again that due to earlier train fault, train will be travelling slower speed? Don't understand why even train fault has been cleared, train still need to travel at slower speed? Really cant believe why train fault could happened, thought train should be thoroughly checked before train resume their service in the morning? It doesn't matter which direction as it will have a ripple effect affecting every train and everyone. That's the no good thing about it. Baal Supersonic January 28, 2016 Share January 28, 2016 A few days back. I heard a BMW AD advertisement on radio. Selling their servicing package. so the msg was like...........take up our.........it will diagnose.............& you will not be hearing this sound........ & it went.........'door closing......tee tee tee tee tee, kong (door closing sound)'. I was laughing that the implied msg is if you neber service & take up their diagnostic kit to pre-empt of any budding issues, .....your fate will be end up taking MRT as car breakdown. Then I thought, wah, suan PT system.....so daring..... 2 days later, I heard the ad again.......the ad was still the same, but they omitted the last part......lol Must have been told to remove that part of the advertisement lol

How come train breakdown always get stuck for at least 15-20 mins then they can 'confirmed' the breakdown and start putting up disruption sign up and call for shuttle bus? Christan Turbocharged February 19, 2016 Share February 19, 2016 Guess some workers year-end performance bonus will be affected by this incident. Newspaper reported that incidents such as this will have higher impact on their bonus, in this case negative. But no mention whether senior management bonuses are affected by this system, perhaps apply to the ka kias only ↡ Advertisement
