A netizen spotted a maid two days ago washing a car in the rain and felt that this was "inhumane". Mr Pek Eng Sien, took photos of the maid and shared them on his Facebook page. He said, "It was raining quite heavily around 2.45pm at Braddell." "I was there picking up my relative when I saw this maid washing a car in the rain." When Mr Pek spoke to the maid, he learned that the maid's employers had instructed her to do so. Mr Pek feels that "this is simply inhumane" and Singaporeans should not be doing this to our maids. His friend agree with him. One of them, Mr Kok feels that this may have been done to purposely torture the maid. Another friend, Ms Lin, feels that the Ministry of Manpower should be alerted to such an act.

hey this is a boliao thread... dont mind... To the 'hot chick' who i see washing your red Suzuki Swift so often in the MSCP washing bay... sometimes with ur bf i tink... today i saw you with another girl... i just wanna tell you this... i've never in my life seen a lady owner so passionate about the cleaniness of her car (washing sooo often... like me)... i've never before seen anyone wash his/her car after reaching home while still in office wear (i thought i was the only one)... i dont know if we share the same feelings we have towards our car... i cant stand it when friends put their hand prints all over the car... etc to all clean car owners...

knn..i just went to my car and realised its freaking full of dirt when i havent even go out for the whole day! finally recalled tat the bangala was washing the mscp with the powerful water jet yesterday. cb now the back of my car looks like having gone thru a round of rally. sometimes i really question the rational behind using the water jets to wash the mscp floor so often. and why spary it near pple's car?? knn... i'm glad i already found a cheaper source of season parking and i'm leaving the freaking mscp tmr..
