  1. Time for a part 2. Thanks to @Leepee for starting the original thread: Hopefully with this new thread, we can set some standard for the type of VRNs to be posted. All these photos were taken by myself in the past few years except for 'SBB8U', which was contributed by @Matoonia. Thanks pal. Let start with Three of a Kind. (Do note that 'S3S' is not a road legal VRN, but created by Tommie Goh for his prized Ferrari F40) And here come the Royal Flush! I know that '88', '888" & '8888' are now on a totally different car (I just saw '888' on a new i4 but not able to take photo 'cos am driving), but I am glad to be able catch these VRNs in person. @Toeknee_33 this 'SBB' series swee boh? Look forward to the active participation from our pool of car plate spotter @Atachi @badlammy @Civic101 @Freeder @Mhajime @Confusedboi @Philiptan86 @Dp26 @Vratenza @Atrecord @BanCoe @Gnahp @Mkl22 @Sdf4786k @SiLangKia @Spring @Tohto @Fcw75 @Othello @mersaylee @Jamesc @RH1667 @zipping @Volvobrick @ER-3682 @Mooose @107fan @Soreloser
  2. I think in our lifetime, we will see the end of S series car plate. So like our IC no. Now all the kids that is born after 2000 all start with T Will our car plate be TBA1234W?
  3. Hi hi, newbie here and sorry if this question of mine has been asked before. I have tried reading up one motoring and this forum but is unable to come up with a good solution/answer. I wish to use my wife's VRN (when she sells her car) on a used car which I intend to purchase under my name. What is the most cost effective way to go about it assuming both cars are/will be under finance? 1. Transfer her car to me before selling? That would lower the resale value, but that would mean I only pay $1300 in getting the VRN retained on my newly purchased used car and probably also the most straight forward method? 2. Wife pays $1300 to retain VRN, then transfer to me for using on my new used car and I pay another $1300. So total $2600? is this correct? 3. Any other ways? Thanks and advice is much appreciated 😃
  4. I don't mind this if we get to design our own stickers! One of the pros is that hit and run drivers will never need to worry about leaving behind their numberplates as evidence anymore. 😅
