New research says short people are angrier and more violent than tall people Researchers at the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia, recently quizzed 600 men aged between 18 and 50 on the perception of male gender, self-image and behavior in relation to drug-taking, violence and crime for a government-led study. The scientists found that men who feel the least masculine are most at risk of committing violent or criminal acts. According to the study, men who considered themselves less masculine, also known as "male discrepancy stress," were nearly three times more likely to have committed violent assaults with a weapon or assaults leading to an injury. Some of the footage where people cracked and turn berserk in office. Have any of you encounter similar office rage at your office/career? Where colleagues suddenly turned emotional or violent and smashing things or beating up people? I was pretty lucky the worst I've encountered is a senior staff screaming his lungs off the director and walking out of her office slamming her door. The next thing that happened is the security coming up to escort him out of the office. He was not even allow to pack his desk and we had to help him pack and pass his stuff to him outside. This senior of mine was actually a nice person and a great worker, he did have temper issues but nothing he can't control....until now. He just suddenly snapped and we were all shocked when he screamed inside. Apparently it was partly caused by his family issues, as well as some pressures from the bosses.

Anthony Watts, a former professional player in Australia's top-flight National Rugby League, was charged following a video review of the Gold Coast match last week. Footage of the match posted on Youtube showed the 26-year-old Tugun Seahawks utility pulled down in a tackle near the tryline and subsequently involved in a melee with remonstrating players for the opposing Bilambil Jets team. The video later showed one of the Jets players pulling down his shorts in front of the referee. "After the judiciary panel reviewed footage as well as reports from medical staff and match officials, it found Watts guilty of contrary conduct," Gold Coast Rugby League said. "He has been suspended from playing until the completion of the eighth round of the 2014 season." A Gold Coast Rugby League official told Reuters Watts had said he intended to appeal the charge, but was yet to file the necessary paperwork. Watts, who was dumped by NRL team Sydney Roosters in 2011 for disciplinary problems, was sentenced to community service in June for being involved in a brawl between rival motorcyle gangs in the Gold Coast. That followed a conviction on a weapons possession charge by a New South Wales court two weeks earlier after he was found carrying knuckle-dusters. A businessman who drank alcohol and fell asleep in his parked car became violent after a policeman woke him up and arrested him for drink driving. When he was inside the police car, Auric Sim Siu Ju, 35, head-butted the officer on the face. On Monday, Sim was sentenced to six weeks' jail, fined $5,000 and banned from driving for three years after he was convicted of three offences. He admitted to drink driving, using abusive words on Sergeant Koh Chee Wee and head-butting the officer to deter him from carrying out his duty on Jan 18, 2010. A reader was woken up by a loud crash as a Hyundai Matrix smashed into a road divider along Bedok Reservoir Road. The incident occurred at 4.30am, according to a Stomp report. The reader told Stomp that the driver seemed uninjured. The driver "was still sitting inside the car" after the accident occurred. According to the reader, the car was "totally damaged" and bits of the car's parts were scattered all over the road. "The driver looked fine. The car was totally damaged and all the car parts from the front bumper to the coolant and the road metal divider flew towards the bus stop.
