Just for discussion, whats the worst thing your upstair neighbour ever hang out to dry at the laundry area? Yesterday my mom called me and told me their top floor neighbour hang out WAX DUCKS to dry and her laundry kena all the oil.... I have been to opposite building before and look over to my parents blk during my hunting for 2nd hand flat so from my understanding, the top floor have been rented to Chinese. Will upload picture when I got it from my bro later today...

Hi fellow forumer, Today just discovered dat mi kitchen ceilin was wet n leakin water, check n found water was leakin from sewage pipe link to upstair. Had notified the owner upstair but as veri late at night now, gota wait till daylight 2morow. Any idea wat can I do beside gettin plumber to fix the leak 2morow? Anyone gota good plumber to recommend? How to share the cost of repair? Is it 50-50 kinda thingy?TQ
