while driving along yesterday, for work, i suddenly felt painful at the toe area. when i got home, checked, found the area behind middle toe to be red and swollen. i do not remember kicking anything or having anything dropping on my foot. this just happened like out of thin air. is anyone able to suggest what caused it, and how should i go about getting it treated? i am actually thinking of going to a chinese sinseh. any recommendations for a good one, preferably in the west? thanks all.

Anyone experienced or know what is the likely cause for clubbed fingers and toes? All finger tips and toes are swollen and itchy. Seen few doctors and had chest x-ray and blood tests. Results are normal. Doctors also don't know! [sweatdrop]
