The highly contagious disease, which is incurable in pigs but harmless to humans, has spread rapidly across neighboring China since August, and has been found in seven areas in Vietnam, the state-run Vietnam News Service reported. “We should combat the epidemic as if we are fighting against the enemy,” Phuc said in a meeting with regional officials on Monday, according to Tuesday’s report, which said Phuc had called for “drastic measures” from the “whole political system” to fight the disease. From Feb. 1 to March 3, the fever was found in 202 households in seven cities or provinces in northern Vietnam, including in the capital, Hanoi, Vietnam’s government website reported. Over 4,300 pigs have been infected and destroyed because of the virus, the website said, citing data from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Vietnam produced 3.82 million tonnes of pork in 2018, equivalent to 72 percent of the country’s entire meat production, up 2.2 percent from 2017, the report said. The virus started to spread at some locations around Hanoi during last week’s summit between U.S. President Donald Trump, and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, after the first confirmed cases of the disease in Vietnam were found in three farms in Thai Binh and Hung Yen provinces. Pork accounts for three-quarters of total meat consumption in Vietnam, a country of 95 million people where most of its 30 million farm-raised pigs are consumed domestically. Since I saw someone posted about wish list for soccer, I thought maybe I can start a wish list for election swing voters. As usual, there will be die hard PAP supporters, and there will be hardcore opposition supporters. For these two groups of voters, please take your battle to where it is suppose to be. The key lies in how to reach out to this group of voters. It seem like the government is not too interested in this group of voters, so let us tell them, how they can lost our votes ( or how the opposition can win us over). I feel that our government is a good manager, but not a good politician. Generally I am quite happy, there are good policies introduced, and there are bad ones. What I really want to see , is that they can admit whatever mistakes done, get it corrected and move on. It takes a great politician to admit mistakes, sometimes mistakes bring in votes. The era is different, things are different, people are different. Those (swing voters) who want to share your thoughts, come on in. cheers!!!

A lot of people are first time voters which is pretty much an unknown. Some are diehards, some are not. Maybe a good way to measure PAP is by the vote swing. If you previously voted for PAP but now decided to cast your vote the other way, check it. If you previously voted for any Opposition and regretted it and voted PAP this time, check it. If this is the first time you're voting due to previous walkovers, recent coming of age, etc., this poll is not for you. :p

hi all, recently my cute little car, got a habit of giving mood swing. when he is happy, he give me good and power engine start, and perform at it best of the best. when the mood is bad, it start the engine, and the next sec it die off. or mood not so bad, it will start the engine with a whining sound, like dont want to work like this. i went to 5 ws, and all said your car is very good!! in top condition, everything run so smooth, look at the exhaust boom boom boom so nice. hear the engine, also run so mooth, open this and that out, see everything is perfect woo! then they will start the engine, and there u see so nice start, where got problem 0.0 so how? what u all think i must do?
