  1. He said a few factors have led to the higher surplus, such as temporary delays in the implementation of public infrastructure projects. Revenues were also boosted by higher vehicle quota premium collections, and stamp duty collections did not fall as much as expected. i calculated at 1.5bil collected for COE alone..
  2. Hopefully, this won't be censored. I want to start a thread for old-birds to give up/"sell" their old/used/unused Mods to Newbie like me. Big headache looking for parts. Sometimes must by in "bulk" Some problems I think newbies face : Some items must buy in bulk, not only because cheaper, but not selling in small quantities, how to use finish! No tools how to DIY - I am talking about screwdriver and simple spanner Of course, can buy and keep but that means extra money and space. Some headache of old-bird DIY items bought too much, taking up space in storeroom DIY items bought but not useful to personal car So maybe the old-birds can help the newbies! By the way, the main point is I need some flexible hose about 75cm and hose clips if possible. Must buy 6m, siao! So shoot me . Thanks
