Hi all, I am considering changing my stock horn to something louder, so doing some information gathering on net. I hear good review on the Hella Supertone, and I just happen to know a shop in Toh Guan selling it at $70 without installation. Is this a good price? Also do I need to use the relay provided? Cos I read comewhere that some cars already comes with relay; how about Lancer CS3?
