  1. A video of a Toyota Vios racer wannabe losing control on All Singapore Stuff's Facebook page has gone viral! In a short span of one hour, the video has gathered 170 likes and 61 shares! If you haven't seen the video, here you go, courtesy of All Singapore Stuff LMAO It's a short 17-second video that you can't help just playing over again and again and laughing your ass off. In the video, you'll see the Toyota Vios speeding pass the dashcam driver like an F1 race car as both cars approach a gradual bend. The keyword here is GRADUAL. Somehow, the Vios manages to spin out of control and hits the cement portion of the highway barrier… not once but twice. Ouch. Damages This incident so viral that even my father sent me pictures of the accident. Looks bad for the poor Vios. And the irony of it all The sign says “BE PATIENT I’M LOWERED”. Can you not see the irony in this? Here’s a zoomed-in view. What the people say Yeah, lucky siol. Some resourceful people managed to find the driver's IG handle. This post made me LOL again. I think he's not smiling, he crying.
  2. Someone, seemingly in desperate need for money, has listed their "unused" traffic points for sale on an online marketplace platform. You can find the screenshot of the listing on All Singapore Stuff's Facebook page. Or, for convenience sake, here's the image. Looking for someone who need 12 points For some who might be confused, this means that the seller is willing to take the blame for you (the buyer) if you have any 12 demerit point traffic offence, which in this case, would be beating the red light. There are other 12 point offences though. 12 demerit point offences? There are 3 in total Image taken from motorist.sg However, I think only the first two are applicable because you'll have to attend court for the last one (opportunists can charge a higher fee for this, I suppose). Is this legal? You say leh? Of course not! If you get caught abetting a "criminal", under section 204A of the Penal Code you’ll be charged with But that doesn't seem to stop some dumb F@#s from trying to get some extra cash with their traffic points. If only there wasn't this dumb doxxing law now. We could expose their identities but, oh well. What the people say Apparently, there's like a black market rate for points. What in the world. Wait a minute, doesn't that mean that the person selling for $250 is giving a mad discount? Yeah the listing is a little confusing right?
  3. A video uploaded on Roads.sg of a car hitting a pedestrian has garnered over 10,000 views in a relatively short span of time. This happened at the junction of Tampines Road and Hougang Ave 1. Think it’s near the Punggol Nasi Lemak. The video might be disturbing to some - Before hitting the road, the pedestrian literally gets flung up in the air. If you get uneasy watching such things, you probably shouldn’t watch it. Here’s the video courtesy of Roads.sg How serious is it? Screenshot taken from Roads.sg Youtube Channel In the video, you can see the pedestrian gaining flight upon impact with the car. Wait till the end of the video, there’s a close up version of the incident. Screenshot taken from Roads.sg Youtube Channel The body of the pedestrian gets slightly flipped and lands horizontally on the road. It looks pretty serious if you ask me. The video cuts off a few seconds after and we cannot tell the extent to the injuries. Who’s at fault? Screenshot taken from Roads.sg Youtube Channel Judging by how nonchalant the pedestrian was at crossing the road and how the guy in white behind him was about to cross as well, we can safely assume that he had the right of way. Cars would have to wait for them to cross the road before continuing on their merry way. So this is the driver’s fault. The driver's response time rabak As soon as the poor fellow landed on the ground, the guy in the white t-shirt rushes over to check on him. Perfectly normal human behaviour. Screenshot taken from Roads.sg Youtube Channel About 12 seconds. That’s how long the driver took to get out of his car. It only took Mr White T-shirt THREE SECONDS to start running over. If you thought that was all, nope. The driver WALKS, yes, WALKS over with no sense of urgency whatsoever. Not a care in the world and probably irritated that he will be missing what he was rushing for in the first place. What will the driver kena? Disobeying traffic signals fall under “Dangerous Driving” and the penalties of Dangerous Driving are (assuming the driver had no alcohol or other forms of intoxication): What the people say Always that one guy who brings PMD in the picture when no PMD was involved Screenshots taken from Roads.sg Facebook Screenshot taken from Roads.sg Youtube Channel I also say.
  4. A recent video uploaded on SG Road Vigilante of an Audi A4 using red and blue flashing lights to impersonate law enforcement vehicles has gone viral. The “less than 24-hour old” video has since gone viral and has about 250 shares (as of present). Here’s the video if you haven’t already seen it Video from SG Road Vigilante YouTube Colours of the law At about 19 seconds into the video, we see an Audi A4 light up with red and blue flashing lights to overtake or get past the car that was recording the video. A string of vulgarities can be heard coming from the driver. This is forgivable because ANYBODY would be pissed off if they had to scoot over and give way to a “police vehicle” only to find out that it was all a big fat lie. Screenshot from SG Road Vigilante YouTube The video then shifts to the POV of the dash cam. The footage doesn’t show the red and blue flashing lights tho, but it does show where the incident took place – Terminal 4, Changi Airport. A weak chase ensues The driver then decides to chase the Audi down (which was uncalled for but ego probably kicked in). Screenshot from SG Road Vigilante YouTube However, they enter a single merging lane, and there’s a Hyundai Avante between them. For some reason, the Audi slows down at this single lane for a couple of seconds and the vulgarity spewing driver wastes no time in honking and high beaming to signal his displeasure. It’s a good thing that there was the Hyundai between them though or things might have escalated even further. The Audi seems like it wanted to stop but decided not to in the end and drove off. Angry driver tails for a while and the video cuts off. Two wrongs, no right We did some research and under no circumstance should you be using red and blue flashing lights unless you are from law enforcement. Image by Singtech.com.sg However, vulgarity spewing driver was obviously looking for a fight of sorts with all that aggression. Just keep calm lah! Why so angry? The video is evidence enough for him to kena by the real police what? Here’s what Singaporeans think Image from SG Road Vigilante Facebook This guy sounds like he’s got it all figured out.
  5. Is it just me or has there been an increase in idiot drivers in Singapore lately? In a video uploaded on Roads.sg, a Honda Vezel can be seen driving against the flow of traffic along Onan Road (near Joo Chiat-ish). In case you haven’t seen the video, here you go Video taken from Roads'sg YouTube channel According to the accompanying caption on Roads.sg, this happened at 1840hrs (that’s 6.40pm) Apparently, on this road, it seems to be the “norm” and these offences are allegedly committed by residents. Idiot driver? Indeed. Comments taken from Roads.sg Facebook Page But wait, there’s more! An image of yet another car going against traffic. This time from All Singapore Stuff’s Facebook page. Image taken from All Singapore Stuff Facebook Page The car in question, a Toyota Altis, can be seen facing the wrong way (notice the “SLOW” marking on the road?). This incident happened at Holland Flyover. On an unrelated note, did you notice the human at the background? I digress. Back to the topic at hand, we did some digging and driving against the flow of traffic is labelled as “Dangerous Driving”. The penalties are as follows if you’re a “non-serious offender”, which means you were not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Serious offenders naturally will have longer jail term and stiffer fines. So please, don’t be an idiot.
  6. Another self pwned idiot wonder he will suffer the same fate as the fatty..... Some people just pure dumb and stupid. http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/singaporeseen/this-urban-jungle/man-stops-car-at-traffic-junction-in-toa-payoh-and-blocks-bus-from-moving-off
