I was removing my plugs to check the condition today and someone one plug cannot be removed ! After shining a torch in, I realised that the plug no longer has the hexangon shape, thus no grip at all !!! Question: 1) How did it happened ! (Could be due to mech using impact wrench?) 2) How to extract it out then ?
