Me - so now you are PR or citizen here? They - Oh, we got our citizenship already. But we will be migrating to Australia next year.. Me - huh? migrating? U mean give up citizenship here? They - No lah, we take up Australia PR first. Me- Then your flat here how? (is a 4 room flat in Punggol) They - We will rent out lor, then when we get citizenship in Australia we will sell this flat. Me- KNNBCCB in my heart, we complain hdb not enough, they buy our flats and sell to make money or rent out to make money to support their lives in Australia! How many these kind of FT we will still be bringing in???

Fiat has called a last-minute unscheduled press conference for 4 pm CET today, where it is understood that Fiat Group Chairman Luca Cordero di Montezemolo will announce that he is leaving the company. At this time, no official reason has been given for Montezemolo's departure, but it's being reported that he may be mulling a move into politics, possibly to form a new Italian centrist party. Going speculation also has it that Montezemolo will be replaced by current group vice-chairman John Elkann. Montezemolo's involvement with Fiat goes back to the early-1970s when he was a manager at the Ferrari Formula One team. After leaving the team he eventually returned to take over the CEO role at Ferrari and led the company through a period of major growth and expansion. Montezemolo will apparently remain on Fiat's board of directors. Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne will also hold a presentation tomorrow to discuss Fiat's strategy going forward including its U.S. plans and a possible spin-off of the car business from the rest of the group.

Hi bro, Just like to share my bit of sighting recently about LTA enforcement on OPC car.. From 22 Nov till as of today, I have been stop by LTA bike 3 times during restricted hours to check on my coupon!! 22 Nov - Yio Chu Kang Rd X Lentor Ave at 7.30am 15 Dec - Changi Village Road at 4pm++ 16 Dec - Anchorvale Rd Blk 310++ MSCP at around 12noon. Another OPC Avante uncle owner was washing his car at the car park washing bay without a valid coupon and was spotted by a LTA 17 bike. I personally saw the officer riding into the estate, into the carpark and the washing bay to the OPC Avante.. I see the uncle saluting to the officer n was like keep on saying sorry sorry, 1st time.. Hope the Uncle is ok.. Wash car in car park also kanna. dunno who tip off or what de.. Morale of the Story: LTA super on the ball now.. DUN PLAY PUNK!!! Tear coupon go out 1 time kanna 1 time...

I been driving manual cars all my life so far, and hoping to change to a automatic transmission. Heard that there are "ways" to step on the acelerator in order to save petrol as well as better effiency. Instead of just blindly step hard all the way. I just rented an Altis last week for 1 day and I calculated the FC based on my usage is 9km/L!! I was shocked as I knew Toyota Altis shouldn't be that bad, is it something to do with my "Stepping" of acelerator?? Brothers please advice thanks

Hi Anyone know what's the reasonable price to pay for the side stepping bars? A workshop quoted me S$350.00. Try to sell me air filter for my air con as well for my new car ,,, But i think i'm being fleeced here... so i backed out straight away. Any advice for the novice? Thanks in advance.
