Mazda has collaborated with Microsoft to launch a new model on the Xbox consoles. The launch will take place in New York on 26th June and will be broadcasted via Xbox Live. Xbox Live is an online multiplayer gaming and digital media delivery service created and operated by Microsoft. Mazda is keeping mum on the new model but it would most likely be the all new 2014 Mazda3. This is an important model for the Hiroshima automaker as it is their bread-and-butter car. "It's a digitally connected world, so what better way to reach our customers than through a connected platform like Xbox. We were looking for a way to launch a global product and tie together our five separate reveals (in Melbourne, St. Petersburg, Istanbul, London, and New York City). Xbox not only gave us the platform, but allowed us to leverage our digital assets to drive a global audience to view the event," commented Russel Wager, Mazda (US) Vice President of Marketing. Separately, a photo (above) of the new Mazda3 without camouflage has appeared on a Russian Facebook account. It seemed authentic and matches the styling details of the camouflaged prototypes that were captured before. But it wouldn't be long before we see the actual product.

After the 2013 Kia Forte sedan and hatchback made their debut, the two-door version (or better known as the Koup) has been captured in heavy camouflage while undergoing cold weather testing in Northern Scandinavia. The overall profile of the prototype displays an evolutionary design of its predecessor. Although the front fascia is covered up, it is expected to draw styling details from the Forte sedan. Details on the engine lineup are not available at the moment. However, if the Forte hatchback is available with the 201bhp 1.6-litre GDI turbocharged option, we should expect nothing less from the sporty two-door Koup. The naturally-aspirated 1.6-litre GDI with 140bhp could serve as the base model. The Forte Koup is expected to be launched globally in Q2 of 2013. Hopefully the COE system would be revamped by then so that we can afford some "affordable fun" in the new Forte Koup. Photo Credit: Worldcarfans.com

The 2015 Mercedes S-Class coupe has been spied with lesser camouflage. The model will be the successor to the CL-Class. The name change makes it the first two-door S-Class since the W140 generation of the 1990s. The ultra-luxury coupe will not be just an S-Class with two doors removed but features its own unique styling with a lower front fascia and a sloped roof top. The S-class coupe will share its rear-wheel-drive architecture with the next-generation S-class sedan, which means substantial weight savings as well as optional all-wheel drive. All lightings will be equipped with LEDs. Motivation for the new S-Class coupe will likely be the twin-turbocharged V8 and V12 engines for both the regular and the high-powered AMG models. The 2015 S-Class coupe might go on sale in late 2014. There will also be an S-class convertible variant that will share the coupe's mechanicals and styling. The Bentley Continental GT and Rolls-Royce Wraith are the S-Class coupe's main competitors. Photo Credit: carscoop.blogspot.com

These are the first leaked images of the production version of the 2014 Toyota Corolla. They seemed rather believable, sporting the new corporate fascia with styling cues borrowed from the Furia Concept. Compared to the Furia concept, the supposedly road-going model has a more

The upcoming Alfa Romeo 4C has been captured when undergoing testing in Italy. Lightly camouflaged, the production 4C remains true to the lines of the stunning concept that stole the show at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. Compared to the concept, the road-going version has a re-designed hood, bigger mirrors and restyled headlights. It also appears to have wider front and rear windscreens which should improve visibility. The coupe is observed to be sitting very close to the ground. The Alfa Romeo 4C is expected to be powered by the 1750 TBI engine that develops over 200 bhp. Paired to a dual-clutch transmission, the lightweight coupe could go from 0 to 100km/h in less than 5 seconds before achieving a top speed of approximately 250km/h. The 4C is expected to debut at either the 2013 Geneva Motor Show in March or the Pebble Beach Concours d

The fifth generation Maserati Quattroporte has been around since 2004. Fortunately, the arrival of the sixth generation Italian sports saloon should be dawning upon us. Over the past one year, prototypes of the new Quattroporte have been spotted in heavy camouflage. Now, for the first time, the upcoming model has been photographed without the bulky plastic claddings. Measuring 5,097mm long, 1,895mm wide and standing 1,438mm tall, Maserati

After the launch of the Mazda6 sedan, the automotive world is now turning its attention to the fore-coming 2014 Mazda3. Apparently, a set of leaked images has been sent to UK magazine, Autoexpress, in an unmarked envelope. When Autoexpress approached Mazda UK to clarify on the images, a spokesperson from the company commented that these are merely conceptual representations of what the next 3 could look like, and are not the actual production model. I have a feeling that these photos were intentionally sent to the publication. The leaked images showed that the new Mazda3 is heavily influenced by the brand's latest Kodo design language worn by the CX-5 crossover and the new Mazda6 sedan. From certain angle, the boot of the hatchback looked rather bulky and SUV-like. The profile of the sedan is smooth flowing and bears a resemblance to Lexus IS250. The convex belt line lends an elegant look to the profile. The controversial smiley face of the current Mazda3 has been replaced by Mazda's new corporate grille. The 2012 Mazda 3 is the first Mazda model to benefit from the brand

The last Lexus ES sedan that was offered on sale in Singapore was the fourth generation. Some five years later, the all-new sixth generation ES sedan has been spotted virtually camouflage-free in China, except for some stickers covering the alloy rims which reminds one of nipple tape, that is not covering much in reality. The 2013 ES sedan has a long and sleek profile, give it a more aerodynamic look than its GS sibling. The headlamp design as well as the spindle grille bears styling cues of the latest Lexus products, while the rear light combination resembles those of its bigger brother, the LS460. Like its predecessors, the sixth generation of the Lexus ES luxury sedan is built upon the chassis of the Toyota Camry but features its own sheetmetal and interior designs. Going on to the interior, the dashboard has a two-tone treatment with a circular analog clock at the middle. Although the steering is covered up by an unsightly piece of newspaper, we can roughly tell that it has a 3-spoke design. Overall, the layout looks modern, simple and uncluttered, which is rather
