I think at this point of, we should have the Christmas spirit and think of the unfortunate around us. I just went to visit my sponsored child in a rural village. Might go there again nearer to Christmas. Beats visiting shopping centre after shopping centre. Sorry if i never reveal more details like country or location cos tt is sensitive info. Hope this Christmas will be a good one.

Earlier last week, i have posted about an issue in my newly bought used car. I have taken the car to a mechanic shop and was told that there was short circuit within the steering wheel circuit and it needs rewiring which would cost around 150$ or changing the steering wheel would cost around 1000$!! I doubted their diagnostic skill and took the car back and posted about the issue in the forum. One fellow forumer (Neutralsg) asked my contact number and called me. He is so good and patience in listing to what i said, suggested to take the veh to C&C for problem identification and before doing that, he asked to me check couple of things. One of them was to check the battery of my remote key and helped me how to put the new battery into the remote key. I did the same thing and that fixed the whole issue in my car. Just because the battery in my remote key went flat, the theft alarm was being triggered and though i have mentioned all these things to mechanics, they doesn't even bothered or nor realized about this simple thing. I am posting this thread to just spread the word for the true meaning of forum where each of us help together to resolve our issues rather than stirring\creating new issue through the forum. I am grateful to Neutralsg, not for just saving me some bugs, but for his spirit to help me even though i am totally stranger to him. He spent almost 15 mins on call to listen my issue and given his expertise to resolve it. Kudos Neutral sg, people like you makes life beautiful.

just wanna get this off my mind and share with everyone: Last week i was watching an inter-primary school competition on channel 8. It was a competition to see which team could best form sentences using Chinese idioms, and with Guo Liang being the host. If i recalled correctly, each team consisted of 4 students. But what struck me most was that it was seemingly obvious that in each team, at least 2 or more students were from China. So what type of competition was this? If i was a true born S'porean, and perhaps come from English speaking family, studied mandarin very hard to compete in this, only to come to this competition to kena 'chiek' by pure-bred China students, i won't even bother competing. I will just simply ask the judge to give them the winning prize. If the competition was going to be so one-sided, who's gonna watch? stupid competition, stupid program. Food for thought - Li Jia Wei was a good ping pong player, came here, became the best and felt good. But back in China, she won't be no. 1. Did these China students come here to 'win' our locals in Chinese language competition, and start feeling no. 1?

Hi all, just done a Black Lancer using rotary only for the polishing stages with different foam pads and I am glad to say that although a rotary is more difficult to handle than a Dual Action (PC7424 i my case), the results is very satisfying. This rather new ride had quite a bit of scratches and except for one deeper line on the side, most scratches were taken out with an orange pad and intensive polish, which finishes really well considering its rating given by menzerna as a 3 out of 5 on gloss. After that, I followed up with a grey pad and PO106FF to bring out the maximum gloss. I used both products this time solely on Rotary as I wanted to see how much improvement I can get compared to using both products with a DA. Well, here's the pics to tell the story.... 1) Wash n Clay 2) Rotary with Orange LC pad wif IP 3) Rotary with Grey LC pad wif PO106FF 4) Pinnacle Paintwork Cleansing Lotion by hand 5) Chemical Guys M-Seal x2 by hand The new stuff here is the pinnacle cleansing lotion....cleans up the polishes very well and it seems to add a dimension of gloss to the black paint like what a glaze does. If only I could put a layer of souveran over it, I am sure the black paint would start dripping!! Some scratches before and after:
