Hi All, I noticed a slight crack (< 1 inch) at the top of the radiator which does not cause any problems like heavy leaking. I just top up the reservoir tank every couple of months as the leakage is very slight. I was thinking of just using "Holts Radweld" to just seal the leak. Anybody here used this b4 and any advice to give on this product?

hi, have a problem today. hope you guys know what it is. kia forte 1.6sx of 5 years and 4 months old, 77Kkm mileage. Today the car jerks at idle at red light, and i can see that RPM slight jumps up and down, like 400rpm - 700rpm. Usually it is idle at 400rpm without up and down. The jerk is about every 4 seconds, not constant jerking. can feel the car tremble. When i press the throttle to accelerate during travelling, the car will jerk again, and does not accelerate instantly as normal. after a while it accelerates to a higher cruising speed, then it's OK again. During jerking, the engine light flashes like 10 times. when the jerk stops, engine light becomes off again. I just changed engine oil and engine filter 2 months ago. Is this worn spark plugs, or ATF due to change (coz it's been a while), or both, or something else? Thanks. -
Hi all, Wish to check about this... My car transmission gearbox gives a slight jerk when stationary. Just a slight thump once or twice randomly when i stop at red lights.. It is still in D mode and I just depress the brakes to hold the car... What could be the reason to this?? Thanks..

Hi I'm driving a almost 5 yr old jap car. Just now a few minutes after I started the car, my car's rpm dropped, went up and there was a slight jerk forward at a stationary position. My foot was still on brake pedal and gear in D mode. Any idea what happened? Pls advise. Thanks in advance.

Hi Guys, just witness an accident at Toa Payoh involving a Saab and a Civic. The Civic is doing a U turn and hit the Saab which is coming straight with the right of way as the light is green. I am driving quite a distance behind and turning left so cannot stop to assist. But I made a U turn out later but both cars is already gone. From the way I see it, the Civic is speeding away after the hit.But I have a camera footage of the hit recorded. If the Saab driver needs prove, I am glad to provide it. Just pm me for details. Hope I am not offending anyone here. Thanks.

Slight decrease in COE premiums COE prices fell slightly when bidding closed today, with most categories closing lower. The premium for Cat A (cars of 1,600cc and below) closed at $18,150, down 1.9 per cent from $18,502. The largest decrease was seen in Cat B, which closed at $17,889, or down 5.9 per cent from $19,003. The open category, used mainly for cars, also closed at $17,889, down from $18, 509.. Premiums for commercial vehicles ended at $17,900, down $389, while premiums for motorcycles saw a $3 decrease to $851

I know scratches, dents and paint chips are part and parcel of owning a car. But am wondering what are the general threshold most people have after collecting their new car. I am not talking about getting into an accident where of course the damages will be much greater. I am talking about just a slight flaw (like less than 5cm kinda of thing)

I wonder if anyone has encounter this b4.. Floor accel and inside the car can smell abit of rubber burning.. car insulation or air-con insulation no gd? tyre burning smell? brake-pad wearing off hence giving off smell?
