Not to sound uncaring but can share what would be the safe/appropriate way to handle the following situations given that you are driving and alone in the car:- (1) You saw a fellow driver inside their car, with boot lid up, no breakdown signage displayed. Visibility low and in the middle of deserted road/expressway. (2) You saw a fellow driver slumped over steering wheel, car in the middle of a road during daytime. (3) You encounter a drunk driver behind the wheels in the wee hours of the morning.

HI All, Just to check, I park my car at the white zig zac line before the zebra crossing and then suddenly a tp come by and started writing down the number of the car and there are quite a number of them all kena plate written. Immediately when i see the car moving i also run and move my car. Effectively to say when the tp come and i move the car is within 5 mins. There is one car who was issue a summon on the spot as the owner dunno go where but the rest of them only got the no copy down. I know that TP no need to issue the ticket inorder to summon, therefore i did like to know if any of you here ever got summon in this situations or will the tp be kind enough to just scare us away. Appreciate some frank and those ever been in this situation to reply. I know that by right tp will summon. I also know i risk 3pt and $120. Reply anyone?
