hi bros n sis? m new here, jus need ur opinions n advise.......my colleagues wife's fren wanted to buy a LCD tv end of last year which was having a very special lunch time onli price..... last one on offer... needed to pay immediately n she realised she lost her purse..... because was the last piece, the salesman said cant reserve, so my colleague wife paid on her behalf using credit card. the fren had filled in the contest forms b4 paying but since she din pay n my colleague wife paid 4 her, no new forms were given to my colleague wife to fill in..... guess wat, weeks later the fren won a mazda 3 and $5000 cash...COE was 5k tat time, so in a way, a free brand new mazda 3 wif COE.... and guess wat, my colleague wife got nothing.... and wat makes it worse, she accompanied my colleague wife to buy a washing machine months later for my colleague's place and din even offer to pay the S$199 tat the washing machine on offer cost.... how ungrateful can a person be? my colleague wife helped the fren get a job despite knowing the person had very bad credentials, helped financially wen the fren was getting married..... and the fren cant even share the prize... to me tats not a fren... every1 (frens, family, biz colleagues) are simply shocked tat such ungrateful people exist in tis world.A fren even suggested colleague n his wife, sue bestdenki (the organizer) for not issuing contest forms wen my colleague wife made payment at point of sale. my colleague wife is jus too good hearted to do tat but wat makes me mad is the sheer boh-chapness and ungrateful behaviour. wat would u do in their place? share 50 -50 wich wat the fren would hv insisted if situation was reversed, give the 5k cash prize?

*sigh* *Big Sigh* Check with the brothers here.. if anyone can advise what i could do the make my St*pid Insurance give me my 10% NCD. I had a minor accident last August (10/08) .. a motorcycle brush my car and it fell to the ground. No injury to the cyclist and he said that he wont make any claim against me. However, to protect myself, i made a report anyway with 24 hrs.. So the insurance had a record of "pending case" and "reserved" $2000 for the accident. No claim so far has been made against me.. My insurance is due to renew this mth.. and when i check with them, they are not giving me my ncd.. and give a high high quote for my insurance.. I call up LTA and Traffic police.. both cannot help. So what shld i do ? Go to CASE ?

Hi! am a newbie to all these ICE stuff, was actually looking at changin my HU to make it IPOD compaitable, but after searching and researching and talking to ppl... i got kinda poison and after being with my ride for a mth, am getting abit dissatisfied with the sound system. oh yes as i was sayin i wanted to make it ipod comp, but realise those with ipod comp hu compromise on sound quality, so decided to prb get those conventional ones that can go further on upgrades like the p80 or alpine 9887... but now was told by another that i shld stick to stock n change my speakers instead... haizzz so any suggestions? shld i change HU first or speakers? all get a whole package.... budget about 1.5k any honest installers to recommend? cos i got a pls bluff me face!

Currently, we (me and my hubby) has 1 OPC car bought 1 mths back. I just got my license recently, and hope to drive to wk frm now on. When we bought our OPC, we were thinking of topping-up after our Ceremony as alot of our cash are tie-up as deposit and only he is driving. Both of us work very close to home, 30min travelling time (trains+ bus+ alking) only. Options 1) Top-up our OPC and drive as a normal car. - car too big for me to park.. *sianz* - car is manual ... *sianz* - car has 5.2k COE..Is it worth topping-up ? 2) Buy another small car ( R2 , picanto , march ~40k) - easier for me to park - auto!! BTW, anyone know if i buy the 2nd as a normal car,then convent it to a OPC.can i transfer the rebate amt as top-up for my 1st car to normal?

i have been reading quite a fair bit on this site and never really been posting. I am seriously thinking of getting the Sunny EX Auto today or tomorrow. What freebies should I at least ask for huh If any brothers got any great SE to recommend, can always lemme know too...
