  1. Dear seniors, I am selling my car directly to the buyer, he has a dealer agent helping him for loans. My car is fully paid. Buyer is getting the loan from bank (have in principle approval letter without my name) He'll pay me the down payment. But I need to transfer ownership through onemotoring, and buyer need to show ownership to bank to dispense loans. That agent says handover the car at that point. questions are, is that the right procedure to transfer before any settlement? when should I handover the car? what if the bank loan does not come to me? how are the common selling practices? Thanks alot 🙂 With regards ZY
  2. Other than posting on Sgcarmart or trading-in, any other ways to sell my car in Singapore?
  3. if you own a low COE car, is it better to change car when the COE is low, or when the COE is high? Since low COE period means used car also sell low, and high COE period means used car sells high, but new car also cost more. Is it proportionate? or is there truly no right time to change?
