I have recently purchased a second hand car from a dealer, sent to STA check, the report came out mentioning that the shock absorbers are worn. I brought it to a trusted workshop to have a thorough check and it was told to me that the shock absorbers were actually leaking, all 4 of them, is this covered under lemon law? Can I seek compensation from the dealer? It does not match the report description, and I have only driven it around for 3 days.

Hi, A second hand car viewed my current car and asked if I intend to retain the number plate. I wonder if I retain the number plate, how does it affect the resale value of my car ? Thanks in advance for the advice.
