I really like salmon but don't eat it that often because the missus isn't keen. Not wanting to post in the makan thread but thought these two videos were interesting. The second video even though it is long is worth watching or so I thought.

i mean not just a bit and mix with sashimi. but the whole bowl is covered with salmon roe type.

but those type where they totally cover the bowl of vinegar rice with salmon roe. i ate once in hokkaido but here singapore most sold only dabble a bit of salmon roe. very gian to eat with all salmon roe covering the rice.
