A car as powerful as the Bugatti Veyron can do a great many things. Crest the 400 km/h mark. Burn through fuel and rubber faster than a jumbo jet on take-off with the parking brake engaged. From VolvoSpy.com Name: Volvo S80 facelift Planned for: 2003 Explanation: The production of the facelifted S80 will start in week 10 of 2003. These are changes that are verified: Changed rear lights. Slightly smaller with a thin chrome egde on the bottom of the light. The white part of the light (blinker and rear light) will now be a square box mid height of the lamp (not in the middle but towards middle of the car, i.e. left light has white box on the right side mid height). Inside: Thin chrome ring around gauges (like XC90). Thin needles and small lines between current speed markings (S70 style which gives the impression of better precision and thinner needle gives the impression of quicker acceleration). Rumours: Engine: 5 cyls, compact I6 cyls and a V8 (Yamaha built found on Taurus SHO) Seems like they tried moving the side blinkers to the rear mirror, like Mercedes has. The car will be presented in November of this year, but as there are no big car shows, we guess Volvo will release pictures like they did with the XC90 and show the facelifted S80 for the first time in Detroit.
