NBz...just clocked 25posts after being the 1st few members here.... RT615...215/45/17 $185 200/A/A vs 595EVO...225/45/17 $135 240/AA/A Narrow down to these 2 due to cost ,durability and decent dry and wet handling,not for track. Considerd F1Asym $210 and T1R $235. KU36 $175 no stock so out. Cost,AA rating and wider tire for the EVO do push me that way. Any inputs or suggestions?

I check with Stamford today, the best best price they give me for 215/40/17 is $270!!! Initially i was expecting the price to be less than AD07 ($225) becos i was considering cheaper alternatives to the AD's... the salesperson was like "rt615 flaghsip model wat". so what? the rt's only pulls 0.06 longitudinal G's more than the AD's.

Which is the best in terms of outright dry grip? 215/40/17 for RS2 and AD07, 205/40/17 for RT615. Y isit that the Falken and Hankook are only xxx/A/A whereas my current are Maxxis xxx/AA/A but is inferior in the dry??
