  1. Hi all, Anyone knows where got workshop that does retrofitting of seatbelts as my back passenger middle don't have & i would like to fit one.
  2. I love my B6 Passat 1.8 DSG TSi....... The things I would do for her ..... is endless. What did you do for yours ? My story.
  3. For the benefit of those bros and sisters looking at the original bosch aerotwin wipers (those flexible, one piece rubber type), I just found a contact selling a retrofit version (courtesy of VAGSG forum). Details of the stockist provided below. Anyway, the retrofit is suitable for those NOT looking at changing the entire wiper arm. It can be used on normal 'J' clip wiper arm. Cost me around $78+ inclusive GST. Only bad point is that the wipers comes as left-hand drive version, so the aero-spoiler is facing the wrong way. And....the retrofit attachment is quite a chunky piece, so not as sleek as the original Bosch wipers. No chance to test it out yet, so can't comment on the usefulness during raining session. However I did try it out using the washer water, verdict so far....super smooth, super quiet, super clean.....but then again it's bland new, so not a true verdict on the product. 4. Ok my car has a clarion double din head unit with 6CD changer that can play mp3s. Is it possible to retrofit a port so that the mp3s can be from a thumb drive instead of CD? Anyone done it before? Maybe something like this: http://www.gromaudio.com/store/usb_adapter..._interface.html http://yatour.en.made-in-china.com/product...ce-Adapter.html I am aware of FM transmitter and AUX in options, but both do not support my steering wheel controls.
  5. Hi S-Team members, I am currently torn between 1) getting whole set of GT seats and 2) retrofit the seats + door panels. I have sat in the GT seats & I must say they are surprisingly more comfortable than the stock seats! Problem is the GT seats that I have found so far are all not in good condition. Most of them have holes and are very dusty/dirty and they cost more than $300. Given not much success in finding a suitable & decent set of GT seats, I am now contemplating to retrofit the door panels & seats at some shops eg 8cushion. Has any bro here done any retrofitting of their Starlets? Wonder if anyone has got any info on the pricing? Any advice is kindly appreciated.
