  1. Scenario: My old car going to scrap. I am buying a 2nd hand car. I retain my old car number. I want to sell the 2nd hand car number Then I want to use back my retained number on the 2nd hand car. Can be done? If so, how to go about doing it? I know I can go to onemotoring to retain number. Just not sure about the selling part.
  2. If I retained my old car plate number from my sold car for 1.3k, and now want to use it for a second-hand car i want to buy, do i still need to pay LTA 1.3k? or another sum? Try looking at onemotoring.com and it is extremely confusing. Anyone know this, please help. thanks.
  3. Actor Christopher Lee to retain permanent resident status By Lynda Hong, Channel NewsAsia | Posted: 12 July 2007 2101 hrs SINGAPORE: MediaCorp actor Christopher Lee will retain his Singapore Permanent Resident status, according to the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA). Fans of Lee have been concerned about his PR status after he was jailed for drink driving related offences. So the reply from the ICA should come as good news to them. The ICA has completed its review on Lee's case and decided to allow him to retain his PR status. He will, however, come under close observation. In making known the outcome of the review to the actor on Wednesday, the ICA said it would revoke its current decision should he violate the law again. Lee will be performing in a charity show for the Society for the Physically Disabled (SPD) this Sunday. Other stars taking part in the show include his girlfriend, Fann Wong. - CNA/yy
