As per topic, how many of you if without a car, will rent a car over the weekends just to bring family out?

Do you guys usually bring along your dash cam while having a road trip abroad. For whatever reason, maybe as for memories or for insurance claim in case somethings happen. Do you took the DVR in your current ride or just keep a spare one for such trip? I also wonder if using an action cam for such purpose will be better than a DVR?

My neighbor rented out his whole unit legally 2 yrs ago before going oversea for study. He informed me about it. But recently, I think the tenant inside there are getting out of control. It's a 3room HDB. sometimes I see, pinoy lady dressing skimpily moving in and out of the flat, sometimes PRC ladies dress as restaurant workers.... the wooden door is always open, like a dorm. The bicycles parking at the corridor are almost invading to my door area. I don't have my neighbor contact and reporting to HDB will surely sour me and my neighbor's relation.... any idea how to go about it?

I got a accident in morning and let say if my ride is in the workshop, can i park my rented car assigned by the workshop and pasted my RFID HDB season parking TAG plus Pasted a A3 note to inform the parking warden abt the workshop assigned car in place of my Season parking.
