  1. Bros here.. I have sciatica, but not developed into slip disc yet. Recently I sit pain, lie on my tummy pain also. really dont have a clue how i can do my work lying on my back. Physio and hamstring stretchings are not doing me any relief. I can basically stand and palm touch ground now, yes, palms touch ground legs straight. Pain is getting persistant. Any advice for temp pain relief, stretching exercises and stuffs?
  2. My legs are usually stretched out like the racer but one of my arms will be resting somewhere like the pimp. Rollercoaster is the kayu driver position.
  3. Hi, Wanted to ask, I know seems silly but what is the correct driving posture? 1. Sit up with lower lumber to the seat and body straighten with arms at a 45 degree angle while holding the steering wheel? 2. Sit back to the seat and head resting on the head rest with arms slightly straighten while holding the steering wheel? I find #2 most comfortable, but not good when driving but fear that it cuts down on reaction time. Wonder what the bros here recommend?
