Have a bad day? Today was the absolute worst day ever And don't try to convince me that There's something good in every day Because, when you take a closer look, This world is a pretty evil place. Even if Some goodness does shine through once in a while Satisfaction and happiness don't last. And it's not true that It's all in the mind and heart Because True happiness can be attained Only if one's surroundings are good It's not true that good exists I'm sure you can agree that The reality Creates My attitude It's all beyond my control And you'll never in a million years hear me say Today was a very good day Now read it from bottom to top, the other way, And see what I really feel about my day. 😄 Something I read on Facebook.

Dear all, Just curious what are the perspective we have here for the below scenario. Parties in volved : 1. BF 2. GF 3. TOM (another guy) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ BF and GF are in a relationship with one another. For about 3 months .... BF know that GF is meeting TOM for drinks .... dinner ..... go clubbing together etc. But BF was not happy with this but kept quiet. Now .... one fine day ... or maybe not so fine day. BF was at a club and saw GF having a fun time with TOM in the club drinking, chatting and laughing away, WITHOUT his knowledge. So BF went up to them ..... both looked abit shocked. But BF was angry .... so BF turned to TOM and asked .... BF - Why you always jeo my GF out? TOM - What's your problem? Your own GF you also can't control .... so don't blame it on me. If you are good, then keep your GF at home lah. I jeo her out .... she can don't meet me .... but she CHOSE to meet me, so what you want me to do? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Now .... could all of you make a vote and let us know who do you think is in the wrong? Do post your personal views as well.

Was driving home along ECP towards airport just past the Keppel Viaduct. What happened after that sure placed things into perspective. Was on the way home after visiting my doc and it was really pouring today, one of the worst I've ever experienced, especially when driving. Was just happily cruising along when I suddenly heard a voice (God) telling me to slow down and not follow the taxi in front of me at too close a distance. Next thing I knew, the taxi, which was on lane 1, swerved left and right, it's pathetic tires lost grip (they really should change to better tires or if not, change regularly). The out-of-control cab tried to regain control but too late, it slammed into the side of another taxi on lane 2. It didnt stop there! It continued swerving left and right left and right and I was fast approaching it. Traffic was rather heavy and moving fast (70 at least - fast when considering the rain). Had to make split decision to decide where to swerve to steer clear of the cab (here i thank the driving skills gained on PG with the rest of you guys man). Managed to clear the still moving cab. Please guys, change your tires if they are due and don't save money on tires, especially when changing to big rims.

Ppl talk abt a car getting good FC, blah blah cf another car....but does that extra premium another car commands worth the FC factor? For ex, you buy car A at $50000, and Car B at $65000. Let's say FC of A is 9km/l, and Car B is 12km/l. Does that 3 km/l equate to petrol savings knowing you have paid a PREMIUM of $15000 upfront? Would you use that much of the $15000 in 10 yrs. Let's say you do, is really that much, cos most of us sell after 4-5 yrs, and perhaps pay only 4-5000 more.... Go figure
