have you guys noticed that sometimes car parks maybe overcharge? like those per min parking where you stay X min but car park charge more instead of stipulated time/cost? or $x 1st 2 hrs but they charge you more than 2hrs altho leave before 2 hrs? my timing might be wrong but thought i kena overcharge at paragon recently during cny holidays. left within 3 hrs but charged more than the stated $3.38 / 3 hr. if fellow people here also thought the same then maybe it is not only my imagination :)
