Another Toyota Vios has gotten into an accident similar to the white 2nd generation example that went viral few weeks back on 23 March. Thanks to an unknown vehicle's in-car camera, we can see that this black first generation Vios lost it as it crossed the metal expansion strip that joins different sections of the Anak Bukit Flyover on the PIE. As seen on SG Road Vigilante's facebook page, the car seemed like it was speeding in the drizzle when the mishap happened. Check out the lorry driver's good reaction and evasive skills in avoiding the Vios! The Vios came to a stop on lane 1 with a Prius curiously avoiding it causally. A single mother, known only as Ma, sold off her newborn twin boys in September last year for a total of 65,000 yuan (S$12,600), according to media reports. The sale was only uncovered by local police recently in the course of investigations into a different case. Ma, who is in her 20s and hails from Zhejiang province, claimed that she did it because she was "penniless and heavily in debt". According to the woman, her parents had refused to help her because they were angry about the pre-marital pregnancy. To make matters worse, the father of the twins, known only as Wu, reportedly refused to be responsible for the babies. He was also nowhere to be found when they were born, only resurfacing to beg Ma to settle his debts after he heard that the twins had been sold off. Ma decided to split the proceeds of the sale with Wu, using her share to pay off her credit card debts and to buy a new mobile phone. By the time police arrested the pair, they had already spent all of the money. Hi. Was driving almost 9 year-old verna on Saturday. Went couple of places, then on way home after buying breakfast near my place, the aircon suddenly just went off. The a/c knob is the turn (not touch) type and it was still at '1' position. Turning the knob to '0', then to '1', '2', '3', '4', all no response. Fed up and upset already, as it was 5.15 pm so was thinking of where can I go to see what's wrong... Then at traffic light 2 min later, my daughter sitting in front passenger seat, turned the a/c knob again, and this time the a/c came back on!!! Reached home 3 min later and it was ok, still cold as before. Did not drive on Sun, and today drove to work, and out for lunch. So far no noticeable problem and it seems to be working fine. Does anyone know what could be the problem with my a/c system? I changed the cooling coil 16 mth ago, and really dread having to spend more $$ on repair, as car is no longer new... tks...

Jeep has been the definitive name in the world of 4x4. Its offerings are most fondly remembered for their off-road prowess - think Wranger - and even the latest Grand Cherokee oozes character that is unmistakably Jeep. And it seems that Jeep has not forgotten its off-roader roots - even when making a luxury SUV. The Summit is the range-topping variant of the Grand Cherokee, which has recently undergone a facelift. And it is not hard to spot the aesthetic changes from first look. The result is very pleasing indeed - but not without the distinctive look that is instantly recognisable as a Jeep, of course. Not surprisingly, the latest Grand Cherokee has adopted LED daytime-running lamps, which helps it to stay modern among competitors. The shiny 20-inch rims, though, hints at its luxury motives. It is on the inside where most of the efforts in this facelift has gone to. Drivers receive a TFT screen, which can serve as a display for many of the 4x4's technological gadgetries, such as Adaptive Cruise Control (above). A total of five different ride height settings are also available. The lowest grants easier access and loading by lowering the vehicle by 40mm, and the tallest setting will allow up to 290mm of ground clearance. The permanent all-wheel drive system also has a low range setting for more serious off roading.

From the same people who makes snowmobiles and motorcycles, it is a top-of-range Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) - think of it as a special ops vehicle, and it should make your viewing more pleasurable. A 1.0-litre with 107bhp may not sound a lot to begin with, but it will propel the RZR to 50km/h in a little over two seconds, and 80km/h in just 5.3 seconds. Apparently, Mad Media has created the video as part of the campaign for the launch of the new model. The UTV featured in the video, though, has been extensively modified. The team has roped in off-road truck racer and UTV champion RJ Anderson to pilot the end product.
