the 3rd guy from left look very strange. West Hollywood requiring all new businesses to have multi-stall gender-neutral bathrooms The West Hollywood City Council unanimously approved a measure requiring all new construction or significant renovations to businesses to include only gender-neutral bathrooms. All single-stall restrooms throughout the city have been required to be designated "gender-neutral" since 2014, but this is the first mandate that all new multi-stall restrooms be marked "gender-neutral." "I noticed in my conversations that multi-stall gender-neutral bathrooms are kind of the future," Council member John M. Erickson told ABC News. "It's easier. Going to the bathroom should just be going to the bathroom." Unless they do a major redesign, current businesses won't be impacted by the new law, which goes into effect on Jan. 1. West Hollywood's decision comes at a time when debates about who uses public bathrooms have become major topics of conversation in recent years. Last year, a transgender man from Virginia won a legal battle against his former high school after it refused to let him use the boy's bathroom when he was a student. "I am glad that my years-long fight to have my school see me for who I am is over," the former student, Gavin Grimm said in a statement at the time. "Being forced to use the nurse's room, a private bathroom, and the girl's room was humiliating for me, and having to go to out-of-the-way bathrooms severely interfered with my education."

Is it advisable to shift to neutral gear when say I am stuck in a traffic jam for auto transmission car? Will this additional gear change do any damage to the gear box?

Hi guys I just got a used 2007 307Cc. Just after collecting car and when parking at my place, the gear stuck at N after I reverse car. After that no matter what I do I can never get the gear back to other gears as it's just stuck there. Anyone has this problem ? Is this a serious issue ? Vicom checks seems ok with no issues on gearbox and Transmisson. Dealer is taking car back to workshop to check but this has been disheartening esp after I just collected the car.

Hi guys. need to to check which is better...? when you are in stationery or approaching the traffic lights.. do you leave your gear knob on "Drive" or "Neutral" I heard that if you shift to "Neutral", eventually you will spoil your Gear Box. But I also heard that if you leave it at "Drive" you are stressing the engine and the brake system...? so which is true..? please enlighten me

**EDIT: the title should read PROPERLY instead of PROPERTY** bros, my gearbox seems to be giving me some problems recently. Whenever I tried to shift to neutral, it does not engage properly and it feels as though the gear was stuck between gear 1 and neutral and i hear knocking sound from gearbox. I had to clutch in again and keep trying for the 2nd time or sometimes 3rd time before my car engage neutral properly. can give me a heads up what's wrong before i send my car to workshop and hold my breath for repair cost? [laugh]

A mechanic from TCM said it is not recommended to push the gear to neutral while going down slope because when you shift back to drive mode, the gears wont have enough power to shift back properly?

driving a sunny CVT.. today when driving to work saw this traffic light counting down (green man counter actually).. so wanted to get over quick to avoid waiting for traffic lights.. i stepped on the accelerator abit harder than usual but not floored yet.. the RPM from 2k jumped to 3.5k or so.. can feel that got drop gear.. then suddenly, the RPM shoot to 5-6krpm.. then suddenly like no pushing from the engine, machiam on neutral.. then like 3secs later.. the car jerked forward and the RPM return to 2k.. erm.. any bros experience this?? just had 30k servicing in March.. car is 2yrs old..

I was trying to convince my Jazz friend on the benefits of grounding. His speakers recently gave way and was replaced. Car alarm didn't work as well. I told him that it could be due to short circuit due to no grounding in his new Jazz. However, he insisted that there was no need for grounding, and that all new cars already have grounding installed. He went on to quote that his father's car didn't have all these accessories and it still worked fine for so many years. I even copy and paste and emailed him the Grounding Writeup here in MCF. Still, he is not convinced. How to convince? BTW, I'm no salesman!
