  1. Hi everybody, iam here at home on MC for 5 days and nothing much to do so i would like to share with you all that an adult like me had just kena hand, foot, mouth disease(HFMD) being spread by my daughter. she got infected about 2 weeks ago and i sent her to KK hospital and the doctor confirmed that she had HFMD and doctor said that adult kena HFMD is very rare,so i took it lightly and got close with my daughter.now she is about to recover.normally the first symtom is having fever. last saturday,i woke up feeling unwell with slight fever and sore throat and went to see doctor. after my meal,i followed the prescription to take my medicine and took a nap. after the nap,i felt better with my fever about to subside and sore throat isn't as painful and the following night, iam almost feeling very fine. the next day(sunday),i woke up and felt my right foot got a tikling feeling(as if you step onto a small stone). i took a look at it and it was abit red without any bump so i thought it wasn't anything serious. at noon, our family is about to go out for lunch and i wear my socks and could feel the same thing on my left foot but i did not remove my sock and take a look.then we head down to the carpark. when i placed my right hand on the steering,i could feel the same thing on my palm too. immediately i told my wife about all these things. she said could it be chicken pox. and i asked her could it be HFMD as i had chicken pox before. on that day,the rashes keep poping out. we were almost certain that it could be HFMD as the symtop i had was rashes that turn into blisters on my hand and leg and ulcers on my throat. the next day,i went to see doctor and was confirmed HFMD. he said it is very rare to adult to have HFMD. he ask me to go buy 4D on my IC number.

  4. Samir Nasri saga .................. ESPN latest : Nasri lured to City by Vieira Manchester City newcomer Samir Nasri has revealed former Arsenal talisman Patrick Vieira helped lure the livewire midfielder to Eastlands. Nasri completed his protracted move to City on Wednesday after speaking on a regular basis with Vieira - now City's football development executive - and took the opportunity in his first interview after making the switch to take a swipe at the Gunners' faithful. "I'm here to play football and to enjoy it and win titles," Nasri told City's official website. "I spoke to Patrick Vieira about the move as it was important to get advice from players who played for the club know the club very well. Vieira said City is the place to be. It is the club of the future, they want to win everything. They have a big, big, big project. "I can see [Manchester City fans] are really passionate and it reminds me a little bit of Marseille. "Arsenal have good fans but not that passionate since they moved from Highbury to the Emirates. I remember when we played against City, when we lost 3-0, the crowd was amazing. "That is what I want. When you play football it is for a good atmosphere." "It is a big relief, it was a long negotiation and discussion between the two clubs. Finally I am a City player and that is what I wanted since the start, so I am really happy. "I was a little bit frustrated, I said to the manager I wanted to leave. I wanted to do the pre-season with Manchester so I could know a little bit more about my team-mates. "It was frustrating but it is a new start and I am looking forward to doing it," Nasri said. Just wait when Arsenal meet ManC at Emirates ... Arsenal fan will boo until their throats burst .....

  7. Retiree asks man to move his car... Instead, driver punches him twice in the face His shirt was soaked in blood and he needed 10 stitches Retiree alleges man bashed him over parking dispute, then went to have breakfast ALL he wanted was for the driver to shift his car. 17 May 2009 ALL he wanted was for the driver to shift his car. For that, he was punched so hard twice that he needed 10 stitches and possibly suffered a permanent scar on his lip. Retiree Lee KW, 63, and his wife, had driven to the Sembawang Hill Food Centre along Upper Thomson Road to have breakfast on Wednesday. But when he got there, he found the entrance to the carpark blocked by a black Toyota Camry that had been parked in front of another stationary car. He left his wife in his car, without switching off his engine, and went to tell the driver not to park there as he was blocking other vehicles from entering the carpark. The Toyota driver had just locked his car and was about to enter the food centre. 'I approached him and told him that this is not his private carpark, and that he should park further in instead of blocking the entrance,' said Mr Lee. 'The man argued that I myself had parked my vehicle at the side of the road. I could see that his face was turning red and he looked ready to fight.' By this time, Mr Lee's wife had stepped out and joined him. Sensing the man's anger, the couple quickly walked towards the food centre to avoid a fight. But the man threw a punch at Mr Lee's upper lip as they walked by, Mr Lee said. 'I turned to react, but before I knew it, he had punched my nose and I fell to the ground,' he said. Said Mrs Lee: 'The incident happened so quickly. Before I knew it, he was bleeding so badly from the nose and lips that his shirt was soaked with blood.' The other driver, meanwhile, went into the food centre with his female companion. Mr Lee then called the police and for an ambulance. When the police arrived, they took statements from the driver of the Toyota and Mr Lee. Split lip The force of the punch was so great that Mr Lee's upper lip split about 3cm . He received 10 stitches at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. The Lees said the other driver looked to be in his 40s and 'rather big-sized'. Said Mr Lee: 'He is not a warrior on a chariot, so there was no need for aggression at all. He needs to behave himself. What if I had hit my head, or if it was an elderly person who had been punched instead?' The carpark at the food centre has only about 20 lots. It is chaotic even on weekday mornings, said regulars. Mr Lee said: 'I want to bring this up so that such things will not happen in the future. I hope there will be witnesses who are willing to step forward.' His son, sales manager Kelvin Lee, 33, has put up five A3-sized posters in both English and Mandarin on the pillars at Sembawang Hill Food Centre to appeal for witnesses. The younger Mr Lee said: 'The police told me that if I can find my own witnesses, it would be good. So far, only one guy has called to offer me advice.' He is not a witness. The police confirmed that they received a call at about 10am on Wednesday from a man who said he had been punched in the face. Police investigations are ongoing. Lawyer Amolat Singh says that in such cases, the victim has three options. First, he can file a magistrate's complaint via the Subordinate Courts, which will then direct the police to investigate. Second, he can also prepare his own private prosecution, in which he must prepare his own charges. Third, the magistrate can also mediate between the victim and the alleged assailant. The court will send a letter to order the accused to attend the mediation. The assailant could then make amends by compensating the victim for his medical expenses, apologise and give an undertaking not to do it again, said Mr Singh.

  10. @ https://www.fleet.ford.com/FFH/Why5W20Oil05...asp?News=Rental ""5W-20 oil is a thinner oil with lighter viscosity that creates less drag on the crankshaft, pistons and valvetrain. Additionally, the oil pump can pump thinner oil more easily, improving oil circulation. Any increase in fuel economy may not be noticed by the average motorist. Machined internal engine parts are more precise than the parts of 20 years ago. This means that clearances between moving parts are smaller and more exact. Thinner oil such as 5W-20 can flow more freely through the engine while still filling the spaces. Thicker oil is harder to push through the spaces between the parts. This causes the oil pump to work harder, which in turn increases oil pressure while simultaneously decreasing oil volume. A lack of oil volume results in a decrease of lubrication and cooling, which may decrease engine part life. The lighter viscosity of 5W-20 oil flows faster at start-up compared to higher viscosity oils, which helps reduce engine wear in critical areas by lubricating parts faster. Valvetrain components at the top of the engine require immediate lubrication at start-up. Oil additives are not recommended as noted in the owners manual. The American Petroleum Institute (API) certifies that oils such as Motorcraft 5W-20 already contain the necessary additives for friction, detergent, etc... The addition of additives may interfere and react with the additives already present in the certified oil.""
