    If u have an ang mor head of managment and he will openly thank his female staff by giving flowers/gift PLUS kissing on cheeks and big big hugs. Maybe in their stupid country its ok. However in singapore i dont think its acceptable. I saw the awkwardness on the gals faces and i feel like teaching him a lesson! Pls all. To add on, i dun work for him but i just cant stand him doing this. How about writing an email to the CEO?
