Maybe it's a character flaw of mine. Till this day, I don't believe people are nice enough to train you to make money with no strings attached. I also don't believe people can think up of sure-get-rich investment ideas that even Warren Buffet missed (and they are OK to share with me) Sometimes I ask about the business model but the explanation to me is like no-head-no-tail. Maybe I am too dumb that's why I cannot understand. Then they throw me this book to read but although the author is some super successful business guru, I have never heard of him before. I must also be falling behind in my education because while I only have 1 degree, some ah beng ah seng entrepreneur can have PHDs or a half dozen qualifications. No wonder others are getting rich while I am still so poor.

i have seen malaysians who are very $ faced & $ minded. Are most of them like that? their trait ? I have my fair share of them. Almost every minute thinking & talking $$$. About who and who make big bucks, live in big houses and drive big cars etc.. A real turnoff for me. What are your experiences or stories with them?

Have been on the road with my mom these days. and phew... was going home. along this long stretch of road, chartwell drive, ( for ppl who have gone to ser gdns b4, its a long road going into the estate). Church ended, for the st xaviers church. Omg. i saw one youth group walking in the middle of the road.. rolling around on skateboards. My mom was like. they wear black leh~ I had NO hesitation. I horned and high beamed them. then they laughed. i felt bad cause they would be frightened, but hello, they were IN THE MIDDLE OF A MAIN ROAD. their safety was at stake. What kind of youngsters are these? and they go to church? Being a christian myself, i simply wonder, why are my peers becoming like this. Also, just because of the dinner crowd and the popularity of Chomp2, i have people parking their cars on a MAIN ROAD and blocking two way traffic, such that cars going in one direction, got to give way to other cars who were supposed to go straight, but got to eat into the wrong lane just to proceed. I wonder how these people pass their Basic theory. ... Sigh.
