  1. As above for discussion. Example - NX200 wheelbase is 2660mm, whilst Forrester 2.0 is 2640mm. But I "felt" the NX200 a bit tight as compared with the latter. Food for thought.

  3. NEA FC for all car models Hi MCF mates, I was looking at all the FC figures posted by NEA for local cars. I find it quite accurate! Basically, just ignore highway aka "extra urban" figures and concentrate on city aka "urban" instead. For many of my previous cars, i'm surprised it matches my own calculation. I think its a good initiative. just sharing this website with everyone.
  4. 2, No. of complaints (January 2007 to June 2008) (only 2 complaints... but how many of us really observe the pump process here. can the true numbers be higher? most times, we just walk away once the attendants come by. so i think it's good to be around... unlike in MY, normally it's self service) # COMMON SCENARIO Spring Singapore and Case look into consumer complaints about short-weight or short-measure. Last year, they received two complaints from motorists about short-measure of fuel delivered from pumps at petrol stations. Spring Singapore, the statutory body regulating the use of weighing and measuring instruments for trade use, conducted an investigation and found the pumps in question to be accurate and delivering the correct quantity. # CONSUMER TIPS 1. Do check that the pump registers 'zero' before petrol, diesel or CNG is pumped into your vehicle. 2. Do check the total price by multiplying the number of litres/kg by the unit price of the petrol, diesel or CNG. 3. Do not allow the kiosk attendant to pump petrol, diesel or CNG into your vehicle before the dispenser registers 'zero'. 4. Petrol companies have the duty to ensure that their pumps are properly calibrated to deliver the correct quantity of petrol purchased. If they operate inaccurate pumps, petrol companies could be in breach of the Weights and Measures Act. 5. Consumers who suspect that the pump is not giving the correct quantity as purchased can report the matter to the Weights and Measures Office on 1800-457-5033 or call Case on 6463-1811 to file a report.
  5. Can someone please tell me how leg room is measured? I went to the Hyundai Website and it said that Atos has a front legroom of 970mm and rear 880mm. But the fact is that there isn't so much legroom cos if it were true it would be more spacious than in an airplane. So how do they measure it?
