LTA should not fine SMRT because that will lead to reduced revenue and increased fares. LTA should ask SMRT to cut the SMRT senior management PAY by 50%. This is better as it gives more money to SMRT and will not lead to increased fares for commuters. Starting from the CEO from DFS!!!!
