  2. for the pass few months, my KDK ceiling fan have been splurting drops of brownish liquid onto my wall. I thought my ceiling was leaking thru the bolts hole, but I have tried almost to dismantling the whole fan but found it dry all around. The blades was also dry. I wonder where does the liquids came from and it's like never ending supply! Anyone faces this problem>?
  3. OK I can't remember who but some posted a product from Soft99 that removes RainX and cleans the glass. Costs around 10 bucks. Could this be their Glare Cut Liquid with ceramic powder in a liquid suspension. Whoever that is who posted this, said that it was found in the windscreen treatment section of Autobaccs. Interested in it to keep the windscreen nice and smooth instead of using harsh household detergent. BTW, see the link here on their step by step application of Glaco and the step before the last which is the application of Glaco (a RainX glass treatment) is the application of the yellow bottle which is the Glare Cut Liquid. See the pic on the water cascading down after the Glare Cut Liquid treatment. They even have a special claybar for the windscreen with its own quick detail liquid. Glaco for those who are interested have 2 versions. I don't mean the applicator size. The normal orange bottle one is the normal RainX style ones. The black bottle with the orange Glaco label is their Fusso version. It is their Teflon version that is supposed to last 6mths. http://www.soft99.co.jp/...o/glaco03/index.html Soft99 products do rock and are very affordable. If only the Japanese write their websites in English to reach out to the massive American autodetailing market.
  4. hmm.. was thinking of getting Ch
  5. anybody tried this before? tried to find spec sheets on what exactly it does but the best i can find are a couple of youtube videos claiming that it restores engine power many off the shelves snake oil also claim to restore engine power and clean the engine, but this costs $180 - $250 so it'd be a real big waste of money if it does nothing

  8. i heard some people say Liquid Glass polish is legendary, after layering can protect from bird s--t even if the s--t dried for a few weeks under sun. Is that really true? And where can we get it? Don't see in autobacs or any auto store around

Oh and remb to include the price of the product and where to get it as well!

  11. SINGAPORE : Member of Parliament (MP) for Yio Chu Kang, Seng Han Thong, is in hospital with 10 per cent burns after a man poured flammable liquid on him and set him on fire on Sunday. Mr Seng was at a bursary and hong bao presentation ceremony at Yio Chu Kang Community Club when the attack happened. The chairman of a nearby Chinese temple, Aw Swee Seng, also suffered burns. Both men are now at the Singapore General Hospital. Yio Chu Kang Community Club was filled with police and Civil Defence officers who were going about their investigations, but reporters were barred from entering the premises. It is believed that a 70
  12. Hi guys, 1. By the age of 40, most of us would have to get prepared for retirement fund as job prospect will be less stable and harder to find good job. 2. So wonder how much cash the average commoners like us would have accumulated by the age of 40. Of course, if you're highly paid and a high filer, this question will not apply to you . Please vote and share your comments. Thank you. Regards,

  14. Hi! Has anyone tried the new Turtle Wax ICE Liquid Polish? Suppose to be very easy to use. I am not looking at super duper ultra deep shine, just something that is easy to use. Will this be adequate? Or are there better products that are just as easy to use available readily in the market? Was previously on Glare but just too lazy / busy to keep going back...
  15. Hi, What is the diff and which is more adv to use? Both pricing is about the same.
  16. After seeing Gen2's posts and reading Meguiar's site, felt very inspired to do some waxing. Contrary to what Soya's previous post about the GC wax being very hard to remove, i had the opposite experience. The application was harder than the removal. Maybe cos after reading the site i applied a thinner coat. The Meguiar's Even Coat Applicator (the white furry type) was a breeze to use, recommended! Anyway, the GC wax bottle says "polymer protection", so it is more of a sealant than wax? And Gen2, you're right, there are shinier ways to detail the car, but this is damn tiring compared to wiping with HG88! And on to the pics!!!
  17. HI guys, can we use this to prep the surface before applying sealent?
