Not complaining but find this clown amusing... Modded ah beng car was tailgating me along Lentor Ave. After we made the turn at the junction in Yishun, I saw the LTA bike from far and I deliberately let him pass. As expected, he roared like a lion with smoke coming out of his exhaust. When he saw the LTA bike, he slowed down like a turtle and came to a full stop at another traffic light. I guess his balls shrunk and must be crossing his fingers with the LTA officer right beside him. After that, he stayed behind the LTA bike and quickly made a U turn and ran away like a Kitty. lol! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hMYbiqQEo0I http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=52nF2-LWQtk

from Yahoo news: Large testicles linked to higher rates of cheating A well-known zoologist from Norway is suggesting that his research on the size of male primates' testicles is somehow proof that female humans are likely to cheat. If this sounds like a stretch, that's because it is. Petter Bøckman, from the University of Oslo, released a new study that shows the larger the size of a male primate's testicles the greater the chance that he and his female partner with be unfaithful, reports The Telegraph. The reasons for the infidelity are not entirely clear, but Bøckman suggests that a male with large testicles has a greater amount of sperm, and therefore, is motivated to spread his genes via multiple females. It is further implied that because females are more selective in their mate choice, she is looking for a male can get the procreation mission accomplished. Even if she mates with a large-testicled male, she will keep looking for a man who is more likely to be faithful. The most bizarre aspect of this research is the fact that Bøckman says these findings are proof that female humans cheat. "We can pledge our fidelity until we are blue in the face, but this is evidence that our females are cheating," he says. "We are not like chimpanzees, where the female has four or five sexual partners every time she is in heat, but there is always a certain likelihood that the neighbouring male has dropped by.” Ugh. Where to start with Bøckman's comments. First of all, it's not news that women cheat, just as men do, so the fact that he points this out is of no real significance. Secondly, it is entirely possible that the reasons why human women cheat have very little to do with the same reasons why female bonobos, gorillas, and chimpanzees are unfaithful. It seems highly unlikely that a human female would cheat on her husband or boyfriend simply because his testicles are too large! In all fairness to Bøckman though, maybe what he was trying to indicate is the fact that humans have unconscious biological drives, not unlike primates. Perhaps it is more plausible that a woman would cheat because she senses a lack of commitment -- physically, mentally or emotionally -- in her partner. What are your thoughts on the findings of this study? Do you think it is a reflection of human sexual behaviour? Sound off in the comments below. link: http://sg.news.yahoo.com/blogs/shine-on/large-testicles-linked-higher-rates-cheating-174024541.html Like this kind of theory also can ........... singa_s_resignation_letter_data.pdf Subject: Open Letter to Singapore - I Quit Dear Singapore, I quit. I need a long break, and you could probably use a break from me too. I get it. No one likes being nagged at, even if it's about being kind and gracious. I suppose it's about time. After all, I've been doing this for over 30 years - first, as the Courtesy Lion, and more recently, as your mascot for kindness. I'm just too tired to continue facing an increasingly angry and disagreeable society. It's been said that kindness shouldn't be a campaign. That kindness should be a part of values education. That people in authority - at work, in school, at home and in government - should lead by example. Fair enough. I suppose it's time for real people to step up, and for the mascot to step aside. It's not that we aren't a gracious society, or that kindness is not innate in all of us. But some days it feels like not very many of us believe in or care about expressing kindness. We say, "We have so many problems. How can we be kind?". Or "Fix my problems first, then we can talk about being kind." Should we let kindness and graciousness disappear while we fix these "bigger" problems? Is kindness only for the good times? Does graciousness come with terms and conditions? If we can only be nice if other people are nice to us first, who will start the ball rolling? Or can we rise above our differences and be gracious even in challenging times? A final word before I go. Let's be responsible for our actions. We can refuse to give up our seats on the train if we don't want to, but let's not blame it on the crowd. We can go online and be rude to others, but let's not think it "doesn't count" because it's anonymous. We can let our anger and disagreement dictate the kind of people and society we want to be, or we can decide to be gracious, even when frustrated. We are responsible for the sort of society we encourage and create. It is our choices that determine who we are. All the best, Singapore. Your friend, Singa

To all adventurous parents, Don't try this at our Mandai Zoo [sweatdrop] Check out the video embedded in the website. From STOMP: http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/stomp/sg...o_eat_baby.html Posted on 17 May 2012 Lion desperately tries to eat baby -- from behind a glass wall STOMPer Fangsyou is amused with this lioness trying to attack a baby at a zoo. The lioness was pawing desperately at the baby and trying to bite its head, but was obstructed by the glass. The STOMPer is happy that humans are safe from attacks by wild animals. Said the STOMPer: "I saw this crazy video of a lion trying to chomp off a baby's head. "Luckily this is at a zoo and there's a sheet of glass separating the baby from the animal. "All hell will break lose when an animal like this escapes from the zoo. "We are so fortunate to live in a world without predators hunting us!"

In the steamy tropical jungles, there lives a Lion and a Tiger. Lion and Tiger used to be good friends and shared the same cave. Then one day they had a falling out and Lion went to live in a smaller cave just across the stream from Tiger's cave. Although Lion and Tiger are friends again, the villagers like to speculate. If both animals were to go at each other, who would prevail? Lion have more bulk but some of it is flabby fats. Tiger is smaller but leaner. On the other hand, will Lion and Tiger copulate and create a Liger?

Another beng/seng related topic, Over the past few days of CNY, lion dance troupe are engaged to perform at various places to bring good luck and fortune. I love the lion dance and the loud noise of the drums and cymbal so will always like to see them perform but I realise all the performers are usually ah sengs and bengs and their average age is late teens to early 20s. swears at every sentence as they speak, walk with "360" flair and had Final fantasy hairstyle. Many times I thot an angmoh is performing the lion dance. Hmm..strange that I dun get to see quai quai or mandarian/angmoh speaking lion dance performers thou this is part of the chinese culture and not some sleazy dance or something..

Workers at Sim Ming Ave car workshops were having a normal day at work, when a nervous looking LION suddenly came out of no where...seemingly hungry because of how skinny his body looks. Everyone freaked out, jumping over each other, some locking themselves up in cars, some in the offices, and some just ran away...but one brave guy took the picture of this Lion without making a sound....and there was the SHOCK when the Lion turned around.. Turns out that one co-worker had shaved shaved his dog in such a way to look like a Lion.... (Extract from SHC Forum, post by Alvinyzw)

Bear says: "If I roar in the forest, the entire forest is shivering with fear." Lion says: "If I roar in the jungle, the entire jungle is afraid of me." Pig says: "Big deal.... I only have to cough, and the entire planet lives in fear."
