When deciding to make an LPA, one of the decisions you need to make is whether to do use “Form 1” or “Form 2” for your LPA. On the other hand, Form 2 requires a lawyer to draft the exact scope (or customised powers) that you wish to grant your donee to perform on your behalf. How To Submit An Online LPA Application Step 1: Choose your Donee(s). They must be above 21 and someone you can trust to make decisions on your behalf regarding your personal welfare, your property & affairs, or both. Step 2: Log in to the Office of the Public Guardian Online (OPGO) via Singpass, where you can draft your LPA. The donees can also accept their appointment via the OPGO. Step 3: Next, look for a LPA Certificate Issuer, such as Accredited Medical Practitioners, Practicing Lawyers and/or Registered Psychiatrists to certify your LPA and sign using Singpass digital signature. Step 4: Once the LPA is certified, it will be submitted to the OPGO for registration. When the digital LPA is accepted and registered, you and your donee(s) will be notified via SMS/email. As topic, anyone have any good details products, method to give the exterior rubber/plastic on exterior, like the door seals, the black plastic holding the side mirror & the black plastic at the B pillars a glossy feel. I tried those for interior plastic, but it worn out fast, & burry after rain. Some of these are getting dull & got white-ish powdery look liao.

Now its silver and it splashes off the body. I have one that shines well now but after heavy rain, bo liao! So waiting for users of other brands to give feedback!

Just bought the above from Carrefour recently as was fascinated by its claim on waterproofing ($20 only). Tried on my my car and found it really could repel water amazingly. But as recently got no downpour, so could not confirm if it can last long. Could any kind soul who has used it feedback on this product? Many TIA.

Hi guys, My tyres are due for change and i jus want some recommedations My needs are: cheap, grippy, long-lasting, comfort, low noise blah blah blah...no la... I want: Grippy in dry and wet Long lasting Price (lowest priority but still impt) I don't give a damn about comfort and road noise.It can be the stiffest and noisiest tyres but if it satisfy my 3 criteria can already. Been leaning towards the Eagle F1, but heard it is not long lasting. Comments from users? Thanks!!!
