  1. June JUST STARTED and we are already having things like this happen. Is it because we miss school holidays? What happened? On East Coast Road, a cyclist decided they had enough of the afternoon sun and randomly jumped on the bonnet of a Suzuki Swift. At least, that’s what it seems like. That’s the only reason I can think of so far that would drive a person to take such desperate measures for transport. Comment down below what situations would have you do this! If the cyclist was indeed hitching a ride then they might have bitten off more than they can chew. As it was a green light, the Suzuki driver goes full send to take advantage of the cyclist's poor choice of timing. It is unclear if the cyclist dropped off the bonnet or was still holding on as the Suzuki goes off into the distance, away from the camera. According to the Facebook post, the police were notified about the incident and two women, aged 31 and 49 are “assisting with investigations into a case of a rash act”. Online chatter Some made jokes about how the cyclist would get off scot free due to certain reasons…. My favourite comment is this: I can confirm if you tell me this happened in Yishun, I wouldn’t bat an eye either. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community.
