I have been an SQ sarporter all these years, and I have absolutely no problem with the old website, either for checking-in or on-line booking.
Recently SIA revamped the website, and all of a sudden, everything cannot work. Log-in Krisflyer kenna hanged, check-in kena hanged, website viewing kena hanged, booking also kena hanged.
I was wondering - what a first class airline. Can't they make sure the webby is 100% working before launching? Or at least they should now quickly revert to the old system, and sort out the new problems before they re-launched?
After about 2 weeks liao, these bloodly problems still around. SIA management MUST wake-up. First we pay top dollars for SQ flights from Singapore, when my associates overseas pay much lower fares for the same flight. Then now all these problems????
Anyone has thye same problem?
