Last time when I am a teenager buying a car. Every dealer tell me they need to collect a "football money" aka "tak kiu lui" in hokkien. Usually is range from few hundreds to a thousand. Wonder where this term come from. Issit because the boss or the sales people bet football lost alot of money so they need to collect this money to pay the bookie?

I watched a program on Discovery channel & its true! they are waiting to get patent for the technology. It looks like a SMART car (the 2door small hatchback) and can run on ANY type of water! goes max 80km/hour. hope it comes fast so our petrol woes be over and mother EARTH gets a break
