Sharing. Today I met this driver, in front of my car, upon exit gantry at one of the shopping mall, that he held up so many people as he has insufficient cash card. He was so unreasonable as he wanted to reverse and i have to reverse and the cars behind me all have to reverse. He said that he has the right to do so , so that he can top up the card. Hence i make it a point to have a spare cash card so that in such a situation I can use it. Such inconsiderate driver he was .

With the ever-increasing lack of parking lots (parking lots turned into retail area) or limited parking spaces in commercial bldg. Perhaps it is time to implement double parking. The mgmt of a building do not even need to install any electronic device. On the contrary, there will be job creation. By double-parking, all the driver need to do is to park in front of a vehicle. To simplify it, it is like a letter "T". Car A parked in "I" already then Car B parked in front ""-". Car B have to disengage footbrake and put to free or neutral gear. These ways, can increase more parking lots. Mgmt can even engage more security staff to petrol and make sure no sabotage and bearing in mind that the floor can take additional weight. I know Westmall used to have such parking but they require the owner to park on a elevated platform that is electronically controlled.
