Hi there, not going to put potted plants along corridor. Are there any hardy and leafty plants that I can plant indoo? Probably those that can survive without much sunlight. By the way no soil also, just brick balls as potting media. Thank you very much. Regards,

Have not gone to a concert for a long time, and going to indoor stadium tonight How is the parking and after concert traffic nowadays? Used to be quite bad and have to wait up to 1 hour to clear the open air carpark after concert ends. Is it still like that? Anyone has any tips?

Hi All I am going for a concert at indoor stadium soon. Just saw in the SISTIC website that no photography/videography is allowed: 21. No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the Event unless otherwise stated by the Promoter. I intend to bring my DSLR with 300mm lens. I have not been to any such concerts for a long time so can anyone can tell me if they really enforce this rule? I don't want to end up going there and then cannot bring into the concert hall. Especially since i am going to rent the lens @ $100. Thanks.

wah lau, now NS so good life, no more night shoot liow. I wonder if it is air conditioned? it is a matter of time that all Field trg & exercise, jungle trg, topo, Fibua, SOC, dig trench, charge hill will be all indoor, and all computerised, like playing battlefield or counterstrike in cool comfort. Oct 5, 2010 New SAF shooting range By Daryl Chin THE Singapore Armed Forces has added a new firing range to its training arsenal. The three-storey indoor complex, dubbed the Multi Mission Range Complex (MMRC), will house seven shooting ranges when it is completed in 2013. The aim of the MMRC is to provide a one-stop marksmanship training centre which will, for the first time, simulate both day and night shooting environments, as well as different weather conditions. The state-of-the-art complex also has features not found in other firing ranges, such as the use of computer-generated imagery to provide realistic training scenarios and video targetry systems to coach soldiers in shooting skills. Also included is an Urban Operations Range which facilitates urban live firing with after-action review video feedback, and a Support Weapon Range for training involving sniper weapons and machine guns. A Multi-Tier Range, which gives soldiers the opportunity to simulate firing at ground targets from various levels of a building, will also be available for the first time. Currently, the SAF has 18 firing ranges located in Mandai, Nee Soon, Poyan, Pulau Tekong and Bukit Timah, among others.

Bros I am thinking of DIY-ing a playhouse for my 5 cats. Something along this idea (see pic) but indoors. But first I need to buy an extendable metal pole which can stretch from floor to ceiling (~ 2.4m). Saw something in the Ikea catalogue which is for those exposed cupboards but it is kind of pricey at $180. I still need to buy boards so that costs something as well. Do you know of any place I can buy such poles at perhaps a cheaper rate? TIA.

If given a choice, would you prefer to park your car at MSCP which is within walking distance (3~4mins) or you prefer to park at an outdoor parking lot just infront of your block where you can see your car? Let me know your preference and why? Thank you very much. Regards,

Hi guys i got a FM Transmitter which is able to broadcast audio into an unused FM channel. For example i broadcast songs playing from my iPod and i can hear it through my car audio tuned to that FM channel. However the reception is quite poor and my antenna is a roof-top kind. I guess is the metallic roof which blocks out most of the FM signals. I have tested the FM Transmitter at home and i can hear the audio very clearly. anyone knows if its possible to install another indoor car antenna without removing the exisiting roof-top antenna? Cheers
