Police have arrested a 15-year-old male youth on 22 Nov 2010 for inciting violence online in the aftermath of the Downtown East murder which occurred on 31 Oct 2010. Investigations revealed that in the afternoon of 4 Nov 2010, the suspect had posted comments on You Tube in relation to the Downtown East murder claiming that he was associated with a gang and challenging other online users in the video wall postings to a fight by stating a specific date, time and location. Police warn that those who post such irresponsible remarks and claim association with gangs will be taken to task

We all have to agree to disagree, and do so in a civic way. Put forth cogent arguments and not put up such seditious and irrresponsible statements. I hope the authorities reign this in.
