  1. What would you do if money started falling from the sky? People walking along Fuk Wa Street in Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong, witnessed the baffling sight of banknotes floating down from above on Saturday afternoon (Dec 15). Videos posted online suggest that the notes were thrown from the roof of a building, fluttering through the air before landing on the busy street below. Passers-by can be seen eagerly grabbing the notes, with some climbing on to the roof of the subway exit to pick up the banknotes. Photos on social media show that the notes were of the HK$100 (SG$17.60) denomination. One Facebook user appeared to have picked up at least six notes. Police were called to the scene after receiving reports of someone distributing money at Fuk Wa Street, and told people not to pick up the money, said South China Morning Post (SCMP). Officers collected around HK$5,000, according to the report. A live video on the Facebook page of Epoch Cryptocurrency that began at 2.42pm showed a man dressed in a black hoodie saying in Cantonese: "I hope everyone here will pay attention to this important event… (I) don't know whether any of you will believe money can fall from the sky." The man is believed to be the owner of Epoch Cryptocurrency, a Facebook page that promotes cryptocurrency. The man is widely known online as "Coin Young Master" and his real name is Wong Ching-kit, reported SCMP. Bowen Press said that the 24-year-old man refuted claims that he was behind the incident when interviewed at his home. However, Agence France-Presse (AFP) later reported that he was arrested on Sunday for causing disorder in a public place, after he drove back to the neighbourhood in his Lamborghini. Wong had said in a Facebook post that he wanted to “help the poor by robbing the rich”.

  3. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Today, we're gathered here to watch a lesson carefully by Audi regarding the magic hidden atop the powerful engine of our cars. Right, it's the bonnet and it's very kind of Audi to teach us how to open it! Well, as a matter of fact, the German automaker is even more kind to also teach us how to close the bonnet again properly. This is to enable us to keep our cars in excellent condition, at least that's what the company claims. Well, it seems that we can go through an awful lot of pages just to figure out the proper ways of opening and closing the bonnet but no, don't worry, we aren't going to do that. However, I have to admit that sometimes automakers place bonnet releasing switches at pretty strange and unexpected places, especially when it comes to super cars. Thanks to that, some drivers end up making a fool of themselves for not knowing where to find the right switch for popping up the hood, especially when their car is still brand new. Well, for now, I guess we're better off watching this video carefully, especially if any of us owns an Audi and let's not make a fool of ourselves as well, shall we?
  4. Is there such thing as a hood or shade for DVD Headunit? I changed to the pioneer DVD Headunit (AVH-X4550DVD) recently hoping to let my kids watch some cartoons duing long trips. But during the day, there is too much glare from the sun and they cant really watch. Anyway to resolve this (other than fitting headrest monitors)? Any form of hood avail? Thanks for advice.
  5. Anyone bought Carbon Fibre hoods that does not come with a spray nozzle for windscreen? How do you get one installed? Any good workshop to recommend that will not ruin the CF hood?
  6. Anyone had experience with having their car hood repaired before? Kissed the rear of a Proton Wira just now. His rear boot and bumper caved in. Haizz... Ganna claimed big time liao.. My front bumber took the brunt of it, but was generally ok. The bumper ends popped out slighly, so now not exactly flushed with sides now. The right side of my front hood looks like a dog showing its teeth one side. Can hood be repaired? Quite sure my NCD will be heavily reduced or wiped out since the other party will claimed against me. I think easily 5K - 8k (change bumper, boot, reverse sensor, wiring, check, spray painting, etc) and maybe more. Was wondering should I just claim my insurance for my own repairs, or just use my own money to make sure that my next year premium will not shoot up high? Some friends told me to claim from insurance for my own repairs since i will my lose NCD anyway once the other party claim against me. My repair fees does not make much difference anyway. Others mentioned that I shoudl mitigate against a high premium next year by minimizing the total expenses incurred by insurance. Any advice?

  9. I was bugged by him to get the car done. Haha.... It's supposed to be a testimony for Duragloss. Seeing the car a little rough on a surface and it being almost a year old and not clayed BEFORE, i, the NICE COUSIN decided to clay the whole car. First washed the whole car with Duragloss 901 Shampoo. I had a great foam party! Followed by a good 1 hour of claying. Lotsa stubborn stains but Soft99 clay HELD out! I was so proud! Right after the car was clayed, I started to hose down the car again and dried the car. The clay worked by removing the stains and it actually revealed some more shine. (: My steps were 501 Marine Polish with speed 5 on the PC, buffed off with the help of some Aquawax, and then a layer of 105 Sealant and lastly topped up with Aquawax. Didn't want to mix it with EnviroShield or TrackClaw ... Results were..... Stunning Chilli Padi red! (: Woots! Pictures to show!!! Hatch and Bonnet and Roof. (:
  10. Hi Bro, thought of fabricating a custom meter hood out of fiber material to fit 6 defi meters. I would most probably follow up by cubic printing the said meter hood and it would be placed on the dashboard. Any recommendations of a shop in SG that would do the honours? Thanks...
  11. Hi there, I'm contemplating to install CF hood cover but have the following questions: a) I read from some of the threads that claimed CF hood is "stronger" that the stock hood, why? b) Would the SRS sensors be gone if replaced with a CF hood? c) Can a CF hood be painted in such a way that the CF marks and patterns be totally concealed? d) Would the paint last? e) Would a CF fares poorer in sound dampening? Do I have to expect more engine noise? f) What sort of performance enhancement would I expect to experience with CF? Pick up only? g) I've seen cars with CF hood, which is harder to close than the stock hood. Is this an alignment problem or a common feature? h) Are CF hoods cover repairable for dents and scratches? i) Roughly how much weight can be saved with CF compares with stock? 50%? Thank you very much. Regards,
  12. Can anyone help me to find the above? Thanks.
