  1. Folks please take note that there is a recall on this Evergreen brand of Manuka honey from NZ. I myself have bought a few tubs and it is selling at many department stores like Robinson and Metro. http://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/singapore/recall-of-manuka-honey/2552384.html http://www.ava.gov.sg/docs/default-source/press-releases/media-release_recall-of-evergreen-life-manuka-honey-from-new-zealand.pdf
  2. knowing that these days, there are so many brand and kinds of honey in the market, which is most recommended for highest nuritional content? when it states "organic whatever" on the bottle, is it really organic? i though all honeys are organic, since we need the bees to make the honey in the first place? Currently i'm eating this particular brand "NuZeaBee" Organic Wild Honey. I find it good texture. http://www.autho-rity.info/2010/01/30/nuze...nic-wild-honey/ Any comments? And is it true that we can only use wooden or plastic spoon to scoop the honey and not metal spoons? But when they process the honey, don't they use metal equipments or machinery? I need honey that has high antioxidants, anti-microbal, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties.
