Had herbal mutton soup a couple of days ago Whampoa Food Centre. The stall is facing a row of shops with a make shift durian stall. This is not bad but I believe not the best. I have tried the one at Bedok Int but that stall's standard has really dropped. Anyone can recommend any?

Folks, I am not a wine person. In fact, I don't even drink beer. I have this bottle of D.O.M benedictine wine which has been lying in my house for quite some time and decide to open to try. The taste is a bit too strong for me and oops... I remember I have a mild hypertension issue as well as a minor GERD/ acid reflux problem. And I suddenly recall that alcohol might not be too good for my health. Do you folks drink this and has there been any significant health benefits or concerns? Thanks for you inputs!

I just found out my grandma has stage 4 pancreatic cancer. The oncologist's prognosis is bad. They are giving her 6month max. Just had a big fight with some of the older folks. They want to send for chemo and surgery and try. I feel that it's gonna just be prolonging her pain. I would rather just let her happily leave this world in dignity rather than painful chemo in her last few months. Now they're making it out like I'm some sort of unfilial grandson that is just letting his grandmother die. Haiz. But never mind. Back to the topic at hand. Is there any other herbal remedies etc that MIGHT help? I know it's a Long shot. But I'm willing to try anything. Money is not an issue. Yesterday just bought a wild lingZhi for her. I am willing to give anything a shot. Anyone got any experience with this sort of things please let me know. Thanks in advance.

http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/singaporeseen/this-urban-jungle/man-makes-not-1-but-2-horrific-finds-in-herbal-drink-he-purchased-from-tampines A man made two horrific finds in the herbal tea he purchased from a shop in Tampines. The 31-year-old bank staff, Xu, purchased the tea from a Chinese herbal shop in Tampines for $1.20. At 4pm the same day, he opened the bottle to drink the tea. Upon drinking two sips, he realised the taste of the tea was weird compared to how it usually tastes. He then saw a cockroach in the tea. There were roughly twenty cockroach eggs floating at the top of the liquid as well, reports Lianhe Wanbao. But his nightmare did not end there. The man reportedly vomited five times in a row after drinking the tea. He also drank 4 litres of water to cleanse his stomach. PLEASE OPEN UP YOUR DRINKS TO CHECK FIRST!

My mom says she now try to find the ingredients in the wet market, nobody sell already. Anyone knows where can buy? Now so hot, want to boil some to down the heatiness, don't want those commercially brewed ones.
