I'm pretty sure that most of us have heard of the news of the flash fire explosion that happened yesterday (Aug 24) near a Bukit Batok MSCP. Purely out of curiosity, how often do flash fires like this occur in reality? I have never witnessed something like this before, but I would like to get your opinions on it.
