I park my car at a MSCP in Tampines 4B. I waited too long for the lift, so I decided to walk up to get my car. Was shock when I hit the 3A stair case. A Bangala pants unzipped and a maid was doing something with her mouth to him. Of course I was shocked and out of sudden, don't know to proceed or to U- turn. What a world, like that also can!!!!??? Have your say if you encounter this type of incident but it's very rare I supposed!!!!
