What are the differences between Grounding of the car and voltage stabilizing? What are the pros and cons for both? Any real performance gain from doing these? If I have done voltage stabilizing on the car, do i still need to go for groundings? Thanks..

hi... regarding to the HKS grounding universal kit... i saw it at accessories shop at bt merah the caltex there... 188 with instal.... is the price good? secondly, the packing looks funni... the interest the packing looks like sealed plastic. those like other ground kit tat hangs at other shops... his is in a box Box, got branding outside. purple hks wires gold hub, nuts.... but jus can open and see one... is the ground kit in a box form or... plastic seal package. ??? fake? can get anyone using the kit to explain a bit?

The main unit pretty straight forward.......red to positive and blue to negative on battery terminals. Basically given a bracket (rivert onto metal surface inside bonnet compartment), all grounding cables will be screwed to the bracket on one end of grounding cable. The other end of grounding cable will be screwed onto various places like engine, throtlebody.........(unsure where else needs grounding). My query is one of the grounding cable is required to connect to battery node right? Which polarity to connect over?

Ok ...most of u folks here drive conti cars...so dunno if its worthwhile? Recently the topic of earthing the car thus improving performance..etc had come up among the various car forums wonder if any MCF folks have tried it themselves be it DIY or paid installations... I'm torn between shelling out $150-200+ and DIY (max $40???) How about a DIY MCF earthing session? LOL

Anyone got experience with earthing cables. Those that connect your battery -ve to other parts of the chasis type. A few cables connecting the chasis to your alternator, engine block etc.. LIke this type. Does it help? Ours cars are carb driven so there is no benefit of stable voltage for the ECU to speak of. How about brighter headlights? Really? Anyone got personal experience to share? i.e fixed already can feel difference that kind. 1 more is the pivot thingy. Like this one. Got use or not? Thanks in advance !!! Hi guys, Understand that quite a number of you guys here DIY grounding with materials purchased with SLT. Anyone have any idea where can I purchase the lux to connect all the wires together before running another cable from it to the negative battery terminal? Walked around SLT but can't it, is it custom made from some metal shop? Here is a crude illustration that I made, Also, I have gotten several different different response regarding this question, will using equal wire length for all the points result in better results/effectiveness? I have seen some cars with standard length wires for all points and equal number of them having different lengths. Thanks

hi bros, any of u did grounding 4 ur rides? heard from my instructor there is something called 5-pt grounding, supposed 2 give u more "omph" in current.. am i correct? would like to kno where u all go 2 get it, the cost n how long it took u all 2 get it fixed.. thanks

hv 1 set of 6 pt grounding kit n 2 batt terminals. wires hv been measured n cut to specified lengths for my ride (proton wira) n ends hv been prepared w lugs already soldered on. looking for help to install as totally unfamiliar w electrical issues. willing to pay token sum. anybody know of ppl dat do diy grounding ie not a shop but an enterprising individual pls giv contacts or reply thru PM. tks

Hi, I had VS&Grounding installed in my ride recently, for a moment immediately after I get the installation done, the car response was faster and everything seems better.. but after awhile, with no further mod added, I experienced a obvious loss in power and extreme slugginess in my car gear change (Auto tranny). Had any bro experience something like this before? Any advices to share? Noobie here. Thanks ppl. -
I've noticed that new Honda car models come with factory fitted copper grounding wires. Both my dad's Oddy and my 1.8FD Civic comes with these groundings. I'd like to know how about other Japanese makes or even Conti makes especially newer models. Cos I noticed some Conti cars dun have any. Looks like the engineers at Honda know their stuff. Compare Japanese makes to Conti makes, the Japanese seems to have better eletrical/electronics reliability.

Hi guys... Need some Help here.. My father is thinking of putting some grounding product in the cefiro. Its a 200Jk... and just turned 1 yr old. But FC wise.. its a bit on a high side. 7.5-8km/l for about 95% city and 5% highway. The product which was given and introduced is this RMK prioduct. Think its taiwanese. Anyone driving 200Jk cefiro? care to comment? And if this product really saves fuel. Please... I really need some feedback. Otherwise waste money putting it in the car. HAHA...

Hi Guys, Any idea if the Superb comes with grounding? if not any recommendations on who can do this? I have a voltage stablizer from my previous ride and I was thinking if I can use it in the Superb...any1 here tried it or have one already installed in their ride? any side effects???
